Gets the job done

I had a very uncomfortable stay at this hotel. There were homeless people around the street, and the staff did not maintain a professional appearance. A young house keeping lady also kept knocking loudley on my door continuously, which was very rude. I canceled my upcoming reservation immediately.

Staff was nice, room was decently clean, but the air conditioning was not very helpful as local temperatures soared throughout the day + NO POOL?! Pool being pad-locked was Very very disappointing 😞

Clean, comfortable room, nice television, and excellent staff!

They do not accept local guests, my home was getting exterminated and I had to stay somewhere, I went to check in and was denied, it does not say anywhere that local’s reservations are not allowed…then they said sorry it is non refundable???… this place and policies are horrible, and terrible customer service went along with the disappointment.

Booked through a third party but my reservation was canceled by the owner just a few hours before my arrival. They would not honor the original price and I had to pay double to book the exact same room. Also there were bugs in the room.

Great stay. TV was unplugged. Took a minute to figure out. Great front desk. Quick, and easy.

Room was clean. We got the 2 bedroom since we have kids and a dog. Very dog friendly. Nice staff. Easy parking. Unfortunately this was our second time giving the city a chance and there will not be a third (this is nothing against the hotel). For the 5-6 hours of sleep we needed while traveling, this was perfect.

Our stay was pleasant and will come back next time.

The cleanliness was poor. The floor was absolutely filthy with dirt. The bottom of my feet were black after 30 minutes being in the room. I used a baby wipe on a 6in area to see how dirty it was. The wipe was black just from that small area. There was a sticky area between the two beds on the floor. We had to clean our feet before getting in bed. Needless to say we had shoes on for the reminder of our stay
