We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman in the breakfast area. He was so kind and welcoming and kept everything clean and organized. The breakfast was really good, and the room was comfortable and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our interactions with staff were consistently pleasant and friendly. Of particular note was my experience with Keith when I arrived late for breakfast and he told me that he just cleared the food and he offered to bring me a plate and he reheated that food before bringing it out for me. What an unexpected way to start my day. Thank you.

The hotel was awesome but could really use a hot tub.

We had a great stay! The lady at the front desk—I believe her name was Ashley—was an absolute sweetheart. She was incredibly personable, not just with us but with everyone we saw her interact with. She was also very understanding and accommodating with small children, which we really appreciated. Our room was very nice and clean, the bed was soft and extremely comfortable, and the shower was amazing with fantastic water pressure. The pool was also really nice. Overall, a really pleasant experience with genuinely wonderful service.

The property is clean. Breakfast offer a variety of food. The walls are thin as my son weren’t able to sleep on our first night as our neighbors seems to be having too much fun laughing and talking.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The issue is having only reception is not good especially when the reception person walks away.

Excellent stay with family. Breakfast area is little small but overall nice stay.

Was a HUGE disappointment for staying here at this hotel. Pool was dirty with mold and so much hair in it. Also no towels in the pool area at all. Our bathroom was dirty with stuff all over the mirror, hair all over the floor and sink and the shower area was moldy. The lady at the front was not very nice and acted like we were putting her out by being there trying to check in. She was also folding towels right there in the front of the hotel as we walked in. Paying almost $400 a night for a hotel you expect a specific type of behavior when coming in. Not someone folding towels all over the table as you enter the hotel. I also heard the lady at the front desk arguing with someone as they were checking in about one of their policies. And the customer asked to speak to a manager and she denied him and said it would not change anything. My kids asked for an extra blanket for their sleeping on the sofa bed and they were told "one blanket per room." We are on a 3 week rod trip and have stayed at so many different hotels that were HAPPY to give us another blanket. Never have I ever been denied an extra blanket because it was "one per room." Was not impressed with this place at all.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was great. And I appreciated vegan options at the breakfast. Will definitely return. :)

again in the future.

We liked the hotel but the EV chargers were hard to get started and occupied a handicap spot. We also received a room with an adjoining door which was not ideal. The people in the next room where very loud and we could hear their conversation. Also, we thought we were on the top floor but realized there were people above us who sounded like they were stomping most of the night and morning. Needless to say, the rest was not great. Breakfast was a bit disappointing too. With the food mislabeled and a lot of people trying to use the tiny space all at once. The room itself was clean and spacious. We will be choosing a different hotel on our way back thru next time.

It is in a good location right off the freeway. Ashley at the front desk was fantastic, as she resolved a noise issue with another occupant in a prompt and professional manner. The breakfast was outstanding and the gentleman preparing the food was personable and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. Nothing

I just needed rest and quiet. This is your place!

The staff at check in were both super friendly. The next day the front desk person was dismissive and not very helpful.
-
My room was not cleaned after my first day, no idea why it wasn’t set up and cleaned.
