Staff and lodging were great. Quiet and comfortable bed. Updated bathroom. Good breakfast and amenities. Hopefully the pool heater and elevator will be fixed the next visit.

Now this is what I expect from Best Western, unlike our earlier stay at Pony Station in Portland. We were greeted by a lovely front desk receptionist, who was friendly and gave us three great dinner suggestions. Pool was fun, room was spacious, clean, had a quiet a/c, and fridge worked. Only there one night but it was perfect.

It was a great place to stay w the indoor pool. The staff were nice and helpful. The only problem was the elevator was broken so I got my exercise because I was on the 3rd floor but the lady also let me check in early. That was really nice of her. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and understanding. They were quick to provide for our needs. Elevator was broken, heater on pool was broken, we site said "jacuzzi" but jacuzzi was clearly filled in. One of the keycard readers from outside closest to stairs was broken. Beds are very bouncy.

Traveled 20 hours for a 4 day stay at this hotel which on line was a dream that turned out to be a nightmare. Day 1 checked in went to the room,left our stuff and went to go eat,when we came back elevator was out of order we were on the 3rd floor. People at front desk lied to us for 4 days telling us that it was going to be fixed never was. 2nd we went to swim with the granddaughter heater in pool not working it was ice cold 3rd day they said it was fixed it wasn't. There was never any house keeping on the 3rd floor we had to always go to front desk for necessities. Breakfast make sure you like waffles or toast everything was terrible I am not done but I will stop here I would of asked for a refund but I probably would have got lied to about that too. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast. Bad part of town. I felt unsafe in that area. Friendly staff. Clean room. Broken pool heater. Broken elevator. Room smelled like a sweaty gym.
