As expected. Good value for the money.

We wished the air conditioner would go a bit cooler than their set limit. No other complaints.

Bathroom and room and overall property is new and clean and maintained.

Great hotel in between Deschutes County Fairground and Redmond Regional Airport. Minimal but clean, just what we needed.

Room 308 was next to the elevator and huge parking lot lights were outside and you can't blackout the light. No shampoo or tissue.

Hotel set back from highway making it quiet. First room given toilet did not work. Initial person checking us in was not friendly at all. Freezer compartment was removed from frig, meaning we could not freeze ice packs or have ice cream.

We were there for 3 days and our room was never cleaned. We tried using the washer and dryer in the hotel and the clothes came out wet after trying to dry them 2x. Paying $3 for each service .

Location was good. Facility was clean. No amenities. Bed was over firm. Soap was only health aid provided. No hairdryer. Bed was on a metal platform and when up at night feet hit the posts. Hard pillows. No Kleenex. Cost was high—over double the cost of the same chai. In other state locations.

We booked for an additional night and the lady at the desk initially said we had to exit our room and move to another since we booked through Expedia. They only do housekeeping every other day and the website says there is a spa, nope. They closed it and filled it in 2019. They need to update the website.

Nothing special, simple motel. Easy to get to, right off highway. Tucked back so the traffic noise isn't an issue. Beds were comfortable.

One staff member was unhelpful and borderline confrontational while her replacement at shift change was the exact opposite. I've stayed here several times and will not be returning after this experience.

Our room was clean, just some molding by the bathtub that was cracked and was not appealing in the cleanliness department. As far as customer service goes, we asked for an extra blanket and were told they were out of them in a very rude tone like the employee was just exhausted and had been asked too many questions. When we went to check out (assumingly the manager) was literally YELLING at an employee telling them how terrible they were and how they keep making mistakes. HUGE turn off for someone who works in people leadership. I felt so bad for that employee, not a private conversation and at a busy check out time. I stood there for at least 2 minutes waiting to check out while she continued to berate this poor employee. Maybe they do make mistakes but that behavior is disgusting.. I hope that manager takes some people management courses and gets their life together because word of mouth goes a long way and I hope that employee tells EVERYONE how terrible the manager is and they have a hard time staffing and are understaffed.

We booked two nights. Due to their error the only gave us one night. Then when we were gone they decided to pile our things in a cart leaving property behind in the room and not refrigerating our food. When we returned they refused to return property or issue refund on the lost property or lost night.

we got a great price and only slept and showered here. there is no privacy sign so housekeeping woke us up. and the doors are slammy and the walls are paper. the bed was adequately comfortable the towels and bedding clean and the shower had good pressure. good enough. no sketchy people around. I would stay again
