Redmond Inn

As a guest woman, I expect a welcoming and safe environment. The hostile behavior displayed by your employee was unacceptable and significantly impacted my impression of your establishment.

The room smelled like bad air conditioner when we opened the door. Queen bed was little too firm and the two pillows were hard as well. Not a good night sleep. Wasn't worth the money for one night. Will be asking future hotels how many pillows are provided;)

Pleasantly surprised when our room was straightened and clean towels added while we were out all day. Also loved watching the feeding of the duck early in the morning.

Clean room and good price, definitely a little old, but that's Redmond for ya! Beds were uncomfortable, but livable for a week trip, front counter was very nice

We had a great check in experience. The room was clean. The shower head needed attention, and we let them know as we checked out. When I made the reservation online, I thought I was dealing directly with the motel. I did not realize it was going through Expedia. The advertised price was less than I paid. That being said, we had a great experience. We were allowed a half hour grace for checking out to better fit our schedule.

Nothing Staff was not friendly or helpful. My husband is handicapped and they put us in a room down a long hallway not close enough to handle our luggage. They moved us to another room, but charged us $40 more. Room had a bad smell. Refrigerator made loud noises all night. Shower had mold on the ceiling.

Super nice people at the desk. Kinda sketch but I asked the guy if they had criminals and he said he doesn’t allow locals cause those are the weirdos.. I’m a local but he let me stay by myself in a lowkey hidden room since it was my first time staying at a hotel by myself. Super great experience bc of them!

nice refrigerator, microwave, tv unit, nice table and window overlooking canal, close to RDM airport, the Safeway nearby was a great feature the pool was covered and abandoned, the property and furniture is out of date and old

Exceptional

My room was very clean. The property was dated. I could hear my neighbor cough multiple times and the tv. Other than that the room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was very attentive. Parking was good. Breakfast was doable.

The room was huge with a kitchenette for the price. It was awesome. Close to a grocery store the staff was very helpful and it was much appreciated.

The entire property is dated. Overall a good place to sleep and shower. The breakfast was horrible at best.

It is an older hotel. But it was clean and it was comfortable. It had a basic Continental breakfast. We had enough towels and whatnot for our stay. Staff was very helpful.

Great place for the price. Full kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. Friendly and helpful proprietors. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

What a lovely local motel. Lots of updates and friendly staff. We will stay again next time we’re in the area. You’re right next to beautiful trail rod, and the town of Redmond is a real treat.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of their breakfast choices. The staff were nice. The fan in the bathroom was noisy. I felt the rate was a bit spendy for what we got.

I definitely do not recommend staying on a lower floor. The upstairs neighbor floors are extremely loud when walked on. We travel with a white noise machine, but were woken multiple times in the night from the person above walking around. As a result we didn't get much sleep. I would expect some noise, but this was abnormally loud. I definitely would book elsewhere if possible.
