We always stay there for a night instead of Bend. So quiet, beautiful golf course views, quiet, and we like the 2 restaurants — 5 min. walk.

Eagle Crest offers some wonderful amenities including beautiful golf courses and multiple pools. However, the Lodge at Eagle Crest is in desperate need of a remodel from exterior to lobby to rooms. We were excited about our stay, meeting family who had reserved a chalet up the hill from the lodge. Wish we would have opted for a chalet ourselves. We stayed in a king suite at the lodge. Paint was peeling on the exterior and walls in the room had chips and exposed drywall on banged up corners. Furnishings were outdated and extremely uncomfortable. Overall, a general lack of aesthetics and decor. Only bare walls and worn furnishings. Photos show a beautiful golf course right outside your room door. Unfortunately, it was mostly weeds and dead trees with the golf course a good 50 yards from the room. I would suggest opting for a newer section of Eagle Crest

The bed however was comfortable and the bedding was good. The inside pool was also very nice.

Terrible staff

Love the outdoor pool area with an ice green grass and the lawn chairs to lay out in the sun. They were very accommodating for pets. Pet owners are kept on the lower level for other people who do not do pets. Food is available at the lodge and very close by. Staff was over the top nice and helpful.

Enjoyed the arcade and playground.

Great stay!

Room was dirty, eyelashes next to sink, coffee table looks like it had never been wiped clean, so much food, dirt and debris on edges. employee knocked and tried to come into room while I was in it but never checked log to see who was in room before trying to just come inside. doors to lobby did not open when I was walking inside stuck between the two automatic doors.

Staff was amazing, golf was fun and breakfast was great. Would stay again

great outdoor pool for parents with young kids, the deep end was only 5ft… comfortable beds

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the staff is and helpful and all your needs convenient amenities. Great proximity to Redmond and Bend. The rooms are a little tired. The property could use an update but very clean and as I said, the best staff that I’ve worked within a while.

My stay was so great! The staff were very kind and helpful. The resort itself is so beautiful and definitely a must stay if you plan to stay in Redmond. I plan on coming back for sure!

I highly recommend visiting Smith Rock SP. Even if you don’t hike it’s an unbelievable place to see!

The shower drain and one of our sink drains were super clogged when we arrived in the evening, but I let the front desk know and they had someone come and tend to them the very next morning. Then all was flowing smoothly again. So they were very responsive! PROS: *The scenery is hard to beat! *Food was good *Pool and hot tub close to the lodge were enjoyable *Staff was friendly and accommodating CONS: *Rooms are a bit weathered and could use an update *Key cards are very sensitive and kept deactivating so we had to replace them several times during our 2-night stay OVERALL: Highly recommend!

Too spread out and fairly disorganized

Headboard was absolutely disgusting, some unknown substance was smeared all over it. After waking up, on the floor in between the beds, I found a large woman’s hair tie covered in a greasy unknown substance. Absolutely disgusting, but other than that I had a pleasant visit, Not sure if I will go back, but if I do I will check the cleanliness of my room a lot better before unpacking. Same as above.
-
Limited dining options, store had a lot of expired items and was gratuitously overpriced. Niblicks hours are limited and they are closed on Sundays. Makes no sense? One option for breakfast outside the lobby that’s only open for a couple hours. Resort is perhaps an inaccurate description.

Staff knew nothing nor were they informing about what was happing. The temp was 38 degrees. Not having heat was not so fun.
-
The property was way more spread out to be able to easily walk to each activity. Restaurant wasn’t open for very long so very long line when it was open. The room we were given was very basic and the headboards looked like they should have been replaced due to damage. Will not stay there again. Was expected a LOT nicer accommodation
