Rooms need a deep cleaning and a remodel. Property is nice but the rooms aren’t anything special and need a major update. headboards peeling, moldy stains trim in bathrooms and carpets not clean.

Unable to set the temperature in the room. Staff was not very knowledgeable about the place, where things were and the hours. If you go to the Silverleaf cafe on site don't order the grilled cheese, for $15 you'll get very low quality bread and cheese, not worth it. The pools were ok, the site is nice for the price but we won't be going back.

The room itself felt completely neglected. The furniture was severely worn out and dated, but worse than its appearance was its functionality. The chair and couch had zero support left; you’d sit down and immediately sink straight through because the springs were completely shot. To top it off, the mattress sagged terribly, making a good night's sleep nearly impossible. Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. For three days in a row, we tried to get our room cleaned. Trash was piling up, and we had to resort to walking down to the front desk ourselves just to get fresh towels. After continuous hassle, our room was finally cleaned for the first time on our very last night. Paying premium rates for sunken furniture and a complete lack of basic service is unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values its guests. Rating: 1.5 / 5 Stars

Decided to stay at this hotel for our anniversary weekend so we could enjoy the spa. Booked two massages and a facial a month in advance with Pat. Called twice to make sure it was on the schedule per his recommendation. On the day of the treatment the arrived a half hour early, only to find they had no record of our reservation and said “it must have been erased”. It was extremely frustrating since we planned our stay and day around these treatments. The staff offered no compensation for this mishandling. I was able to get a facial, but we decided to book a couples massage in Bend. The furniture in the rooms was peeling old leather from the coffee table and headboard of the bed, which got it our bedding. The toilet seat was the wrong size for our toilet, and the tp holder was coming out of the wall on one side. This place is definitely affordable, but we probably won’t stay here again.

Our room was very clean, and staff was very helpful. We especially appreciated the keurig coffee machine in the kitchenette. Having the bedroom with its own sink was great for privacy and helping me sleep when other people were up and about. I used the fitness center and pool/hot tub. The facilities were in great shape and pleasant to use. This was my second time staying here and it has been great both times.

The room hand several pieces of damaged furniture in it and the shower was disgustingly with another person’s hair on the walls as well as rust all over the shower head.

The rooms at the Lodge smelled strongly of smoke. When I called the front desk, they sent a staff member to check, but he completely dismissed my concern and claimed he couldn't smell anything—even after my 4-year-old son pointed out the bad odor. When I simply asked to view another room to see if it was an isolated issue, he ignored my request entirely and refused to assist. Save your money; the discount is definitely not worth the poor service and terrible room quality.

The only issue I had, was the herd of elephants in the room above.

Very stained hotel room. Shower head barely flowed. Food left in fridge. Strong odor under sing drain. Dirty couch and coffee table was scratched and I cannot believe the room was sold as a resort. It’s old and when I mentioned this to the front desk they said they had a renovation planned for fall of 2026. The room was like a motel 6.

We had to go to the front desk repeatedly to our keys to work and we have small children. It was horrible!

Units are very dated! Hidabed was worn out and uncomfortable as a couch. Not a single table of any kind in the living room, no where to set your coffee down or anything. Air conditioner was noisy and made whining noise through night. No fans in bathroom.

It was very loud. Couldn't get to the swimming pool because there was a lot of kids they took over all the pools. Didn't like it very noisy. Couldn't relax
