Awesome room.

Room was large, clean, well kept, and the bed was comfy. Check out was easy.

The unit was OK but very dated - inadequate outlets (none in the bedroom); poor water pressure, lighting poor. Also, I am extremely disappointed in Hotels.com for partnering with a time share property. Was subject to the usual hard-sell sales pitch, offering prizes, discounts, etc. for sitting through an hour-long presentation. I suppose there is some sort of monetary compensation for listing these types of properties, but it should be made abundantly clear in the property description. I will not stay at this property again.

The resort was clean and had a friendly staff. Our room was just as described and had all the luxuries we needed for our stay.

Beautiful grounds Water in the room upon arrival would be nice

The room was clean and nicely designed, the staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. I was not a fan of how spread out all the amenities were compared to where we were staying. Getting in my car to drive to the pool/gym( gym hours -odd, did not open early ) was not something I really wanted to do. The most unfortunate part about the stay was that the Internet/WiFi/TV's stopped working for half our time there. That coupled with the check in being a little tricky to find, and the elevators not working ( our room being on the 3rd floor and laundry on the 1st ), made the stay not the greatest.

Also- It's UNACCEPTABLE in 2026 that a hotel charge for basic WiFi access. Period. Roll it into the price. DON'T request creation of an account and charge separately. Lastly, This could be a mistake by the worldmark staff but when trying to access the amenities on the site I was directed toward the resort staff turned me informing that worldmark is NOT part of the resort and should have issued me an amenities card separate of the wristband provided. Again, absolutely NOT a no Fuss process. I understand the business model and won't argue the attraction for some vacationers but it does not seem compatible with listing on expedia. You should de-list or make your listing MUCH CLEARER avoid confusion by travelers like myself looking for something you are not.

Very nice room, bedroom separate from living room, and kitchenette. Full size fridge, mini dishwasher and cooktop stove. Loved the flowering trees outside our balcony rather than looking at a parking lot and provided extra privacy. Very clean, comfortable king bed. Also liked having two doors for bathroom, one enters kitchen, the other enters bedroom. Would stay again.

Large, clean apartment. Disorganized check-in process, lukewarm hot tub

Our room was perfect for the two of us - I love having a separate bedroom, the kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony was a nice size. Overall, it was a cute, comfortable room. The staff was very pleasant, too!

The room was clean but plain. The fireplace worked but was for decoration only, did not kick out any heat. The kitchen was clean and supplied well. At check-in had to deal with someone trying to get us to attend a timeshare sales presentation. The resort is nice. Indoor pickleball is a great amenity but we did not get a chance to use it.

our place was about 1.5 miles away from where we check in and they dont offer shuttle service

Our room was so comfortable, clean and quiet. We love Eagle Crest and the Worldmark there is wonderful. The staff are all friendly. My husband and I were only there for the weekend, and we had 2 sales people call us wanting us to sign up for their open house for world mark. I would prefer to not have a sales pitch while visiting. When we checked in we were directed to a sales person and she actually told us that she did not recommend the restaurants on the property. She said they were expensive and not very good. I did not feel that it was her decision about what is expensive to my husband and I. She really should leave that up to the guests.

Keep in mind that this is a golf course that has both a "lodge" that's more of a normal hotel as well as these condos and houses that are on the other side of the course. I think they use these for both short term hotel rentals and also longer term time shares and things like that. So if you're looking for things like room service or easy access to the front desk, the suite we booked isn't going to be for you. It's literally about a mile away and across a busy highway from the front desk. I'm sure they'll come out if you have any problem with the room, but you're basically on your own once you've checked in. I actually love that; it's more like a short-term house rental than a hotel. Very quiet too out there. The resort/golf course does have several restaurants, two fitness centers and of course golf, but we actually didn't use them so I can't comment on them. But there are things to do/places to eat on property. Otherwise, it's a short drive into Redmond itself for more restaurants/groceries/coffee places.

Asked us to go to the vacation club presentation with a 3 night offer, but we couldn't make it. The rate and room was better than the hotel lodge. The resort is wonderful even though we didn't get to take advantage of it this trip.
