The desk team members were all super nice, welcoming, and helpful, as were the gals encountered at the morning coffee stations. Easy check-in and happy to have parking in the garage and reasonable at $15. I will add that I wish our room had been ready when we arrived, since it was after 3pm check-in time, and we needed to get our room settled and us ready for a birthday party by 4pm. Thankfully, we didn't have to wait too long. I would definitely go back!

Great experience.

We enjoyed a one night in this very clean and well located hotel. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The room had robe and slippers with a well stocked Nespresso for our use. We appreciated all amenities offered although there is a $15.00/night charge for their parking lot it was convenient. Highly recommend.

A+ short stay! Thanks again!

I would prefer to stay on a modest hotel that values hospitality and service for a “fancy” building that is poor in service. The front desk was understaffed, they were rushed. This was a busy weekend , Mariners game, concert at the park among the regular season and it appeared evident that there were no employees available to provide the necessary services. My wife and I opted to stay at the Archer so we could enjoy the concert at the park later in the evening, the restaurant in site and happy hour were part of our decision to stay; nevertheless, there were no employees except one young lady running tables, bar , hosting and everyone. Finally 2 other employees arrived and for 39 minutes no one asked for anything, I eventually asked for service and ordered drinks and another 20 minutes and the bartender was chatting with the other customers. As I observed many other patrons were cared for, people that were there after us and they were served. I decided to cancel the order after almost an hour of being there, the hostess just shrugged their shoulders and blamed the understaffed situation. I don’t blame the employees, this is a management and leadership issue, sacrificing service for saving money and underperforming employees who lack ownership. This is supposed to be a hospitality industry!

I think they remodeled the rooms. They were clean and modern

We’ve stayed several times and it’s a great place to stay! We usually are in town for a concert and it’s our go to spot. The only thing I don’t understand is why nice hotels give you such terrible toilet paper!!!! You’re paying for a very nice hotel yet you can’t even get decent toilet paper.

A very convenient location foin Redmond for shopping, walking to downtown sites, restaurants.
-
Right across from Redmond shopping centre, lots of restaurants within walking distance, 10 minutes to 545 bus to downtown Seattle.

Room and bath were very spacious and clean. No microwave, though, in room. Will definitely stay there again

Bring a fire stick because the TV’s have 2008 cable boxes

Great stay! Comfy beds, clean hotel. Lots of food nearby.
-
exceeded our expectations. Will stay again

The room was very nice, and the staff was exceptional. We were disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. There were two sinks in the bathroom, and one of them was draining very very slowly... pretty much not usable. We called the front desk and they had it fixed very quickly. Overall, we are glad we chose this hotel, and we would do it again.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful lounge in the lobby and the rooms were large and very comfortable and very clean. It was like a brand new hotel. The amenities looked wonderful although we didn't use them.

We loved the hotel. I traveled with my 96 year old dad and chose an accessibility room. The step over tub didn’t work for him but the desk team told us about the walk in shower in the men’s bath by the gym so that worked great! Hilary in the restaurant was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you!
