Great location for walking downtown Redmond and surrounding park areas and trails. Lots of international travelers in the building and that alone provides a different level of smell and aroma throughout. Breakfast was nice and very diverse on most mornings, offering a good selection to meet the wide range of traveler tastes. Our in-room coffee maker did not work and maintenance never made it up to swap it out or fix it, meaning we had to go to the lobby for coffee. Unfortunately, after hours, they rely on a single serve coffee maker (Keurig style) that was most often out of water and only the desk attendant could refill the holding tank. Somewhat of a pain. We are planning a 30+ day stay later in the year and this facility may be in the running for our business but I have a few more to check out before returning for such a long stay.

Pleasant

Took a long time for hot water to get to my room to take a shower.

Everything was fine, I just suggest that guests ask beforehand if the pool is operational. Because I booked this hotel specifically for my children’s and for the pool and it wasn’t working

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because of its convenient location close to Redmond town and just a short 5-minute walk to the Overground, which makes getting around very easy. However, our experiences haven’t been entirely smooth. On more than one occasion, including this recent stay, we were incorrectly charged a deposit. Although the refund was eventually processed, the process was unnecessarily time-consuming and required repeated follow-ups, took us nearly 3 weeks to receive the refund, which was frustrating. The property itself is decent but shows its age, especially inside the rooms. Some refurbishment work has been done, but overall it still feels quite dated. Aside from the location, there isn’t anything particularly standout about the hotel.

Good

Had to use a towel in bottom of tub to guard against slipping. Also two grab bars instead of the one would be nice

Suite was fine. Couldn’t find the thermostat in the rooms. The downstairs lobby hallway and eating area smelled of body odor. Really nice staff, breakfast offerings were good with very attentive staff. Just need to invest in some odor control in the common areas.

breakfast was not up to what it used to be

Great location. Walkable to downtown area. Food and shopping close by. Included Breakfast was A+++. Rooms are in great condition and gym has 4 treadmills. Only negative is the $14 a night parking fee.

Husband had a problem at check-in

Nice hotel, with a good location. Walkable to most places you need including coffee shops, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. It had a good laundry, wifi worked well and it had a very good breakfast. It had a well stocked kitchen, which was very useful and quite unusual. Would recommend. N/A

They limit your AC and only comes on when you are there and they set the hours & temp so you can’t set it to your preferred temperature unless you like it hot.
