Best Western Plus Redondo Beach Inn

Everything was very nice.

My room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. A lot of areas have been refreshed and look new, but you could tell that this has been a renovated older hotel. The breakfast had a lot of options not that I took part in, but it was fully stocked and seemed very fresh and they kept it very clean. I would stay here again. I didn’t use any of the amenities. My room was kind of close to the icemaker so I heard that go off a lot and the layout of the hotel did make me a little nervous because I was traveling alone as a female. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC worked great. Shower had great pressure. Which I appreciate

The hotel in general was very clean and organized. Our room was clean and all of the towels and wash cloths were great. The front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff were all hwlpful and friendly.

Really nice and clean hotel. Spacious and clean room. WiFi doesn’t work at all! Struggled to stay connected and work from the room as the WiFi didn’t work and had no AT&T coverage …

WIFI is a wreck, horrible WIFI service; very often disconnected, difficult to be reconnected each time

Staff was exceptional and very kind! WiFi was weak in the outside rooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend as well.

Good and safe location to reach conveniently can resch stores and beach.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were older but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good.

It felt more like a motel than my previous experiences Best Western. The property was old, but mostly clean and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful.

This place feels more like a motel rather than a hotel. Rooms need updating especially bathroom area. AC noise is an issue. The internet connection was poor for our entire seven day stay. Pool and hot tub are adequate. Free breakfast offered good choices. Free parking is a bonus.

The Hotel and room were clean, the location has been maintained well. The negatives for me were they served pork sausages with the breakfast, this was for the four (4) days I stayed. A variety of meats would have been nice chicken, turkey, or beef not on the same day but alternating the days. Gym equipment needs to be updated, but overall the staff, especially the breakfast crew were great. I would stay at this hotel again
