Clean room

Good value in a great location. I have stayed here more than once. Front-desk staff are always kind and welcoming. Very handy to the commuter train and walkable to downtown Redwood City. Free copies of the local newspaper, San Mateo Daily Journal. Breakfast is modest but it's free and there are plenty of sit-down places nearby.

The location was good with easy access to local businesses. Whole foods right next door and Safeway across the street. I was comfortable and thats what I needed

I liked everything! Liked having a fridge, a giant space/ counter top with sink, proper tub drain, great shower/water pressure, AC was very new, worked as it should easy to set temperature. I requested room over the court yard rather than the parking lot, Stayed 4 nights wanted a good quiet rest. Would definitely come back . The shower curtain could be replaced, that is all. Everything else was perfect, location? WHOLE FOODS is next door!

Room was clean, parking was good, marts, restaurants and cafes were all nearby. Breakfast is very minimal however. Road noise can be noticeable, but was okay when I left the ac fan on overnight to drown it out.

Very clean facility in a nice location. It's definitely an older motel but very well maintained. Only complaint is that our bed was much harder than we like.

The bed, pillows and price. I expected at least a comfortable bed.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. The gentleman that checked us in was very kind, and when we missed breakfast he still had some food for us to take so we wouldn’t leave hungry! Thank you very much for a great stay!

Good location, clean rooms, priced well, helpful staff

Carpet was dirty no hand soap at bathroom sink shower body wash was like they put water in it to stretch it and it smelled foul . Pulled up bed sheet left corner had stains. The front counter person was really nice guy my only plus. Will never stay here again had no choice yesterday.

Stayed here during radiation treatment at Stanford. It’s pretty close to the cancer center so was pretty convenient. Place was decently priced. The beds were extra firm and really hard to sleep on. Other than that it was a decent stay.

The cleaning crew did not replenish our towels and apparently forgot to go into our room to clean the trash as well. Breakfast was low par.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very limited options available. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was broken during my stay. The hotel staff also started clearing away the breakfast items before the official breakfast end time, which was frustrating and unprofessional. The rooms have old carpet flooring that appears worn and dusty. If you suffer from dust allergies, I strongly advise against staying here. Additionally, the air conditioning units are very noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the breakfast was particularly poor, the rooms felt outdated, and the overall experience did not meet expectations. I definitely would not choose this hotel again.

Not in the greatest part of town. Decided not to stay after seeing this hotel. They refused to refund my money. Would not recommend
