Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive to keeping everything well stocked and clean. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Thankful to have parking at no additional cost. The adjustable shower head kept sliding down the post. We managed and reported it when we left.

Our room was well laid out and very comfortable. It’s a small hotel but the staff tries hard and does a good job. The breakfast was well prepared also,

Upon arrival, we found out that the two-queen-bed room we booked was not available due to a “network error that resulted in a double booking”. As a result, our family of two adults and two adult-sized teens had to sleep in one king bed and an very uncomfortable sofa bed. This was extremely inconvenient and not at all what we had booked or expected.

I requested two queen beds and the hotel told me you told them standard which ended up being a king bed. Tried to switch to queen beds and there were none available. Thank you but I will not be using Booking.com again due to not fulfilling my request. The fact that I did not get what I requested.

The Holiday Inn Express was very nice. The only thing that disappointed me was the Fitness Center. The building had three machines for walking or running. There were no weights at all or a bench to use them with.

On the internet site for Holiday Inn Express Redwood City, a spa is listed (didn't find it), and a Fitness Center. The Fitness Center only had three devices that were for running or walking on. They could use some light weights and a bench to go with them.

The place looked very nice and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, thank you so much for allowing us to stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

large room with huge TV, very clean. Breakfast buffet is great. Staff friendly & accommodating. Harry's Hofbrau is across the street & the best place to eat in Redwood City. We strongly recommend this hotel. wifi can go on & off, but works good when on!

Very noisy with street noise and annoying car alarms late evening and early morning. Nice breakfast. Cleaning schedule only weekly was annoying and build up of garbage and lack of clean linen irritating. They said “upon request” but no one ever answered the phone at housekeeping. The one day they did, they still never came. Parking was easy.

Great place to stay. Clean, friendly, good location for me. Breakfast is lovely, and to have close-by, free parking is extra nice. I usually fly, but this time we drove, so parking was essential.
