I enjoy coming here It feels like home and pets are welcome. My dog loves it here! Plenty of parking and my car is safe here. I give this place 10 out of 10 and staff 2 thumbs up . Highly recommend staying here!!!

It was easy to find and park at. Close to stores incase you needed items you forgot to pack. It’s clean, and a standard hotel room.

Don't know why this place is rated as high as it is. The property itself is rundown with cracks all along each building. Saw a few sketchy guys in the parking lot trying to sell a motorcycle one morning while getting some stuff out of my car. Breakfast is just some bread and orange juice. A bunch of bugs in the bathroom. Just dirty overall.

I was overcharged by $286.82 by the hotel, after already paying Hotels.com. Then the maid tried to open the door to my room, while I was sleeping and there was a “Do not disturb sign” on the door, and I wasn’t scheduled to check out until the next morning. Then I found a roach on my bedside table, showed a picture of it to the receptionist and reported the maid and received a cheap 10% discount. This after losing 3.5 hours of sleep due to the maid interrupting my sleep. After all of that, not even an apology from the Receptionist who was terrible at her job. Let’s also mention the slop on the walls in the bathroom, filthy lotion dispenser and I tried not to look harder so as not to be grossed out.

Health hazard. We found bugs crawling on our bedsheets as we laid in bed and cockroaches alive and dead throughout our room. We had to leave in the middle of the night since I was not convinced another room would not have the same issue due to the overall condition of the place. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic but didn't seem surprised which implied this is not the first time he's had to address this issue.

It is a good place to stay. Actively working on garden areas. Friendly staff!

Room was big and comfortable. Dog park was great. Very convenient location. Jacuzzi not working. No place to sit outside pool area. Pool furniture was in really bad shape, torn lounge chairs. Juice and muffins would be a nice addition to the breakfast.

NOTHING There are roaches EVERYWHERE and the bathroom floor had a giant dip where it felt like the floor was going to fall through. This place is not safe for children or anyone really. As soon as we checked in there was a giant roach stuck on its back ? went the the bathroom and 3 more literally within the first 15 seconds of being in the room. We got a new room immediately which is the one that was upstairs with a damaged floor. Lots of baby roaches crawling around at night on the floor and walls. Terrible stay, please if you have children or health issues please do not come here. My son is medically complex and our insurance put us here, we were stuck and it was absolutely terrible being hours away from home. I did not sleep at all.
