The male front desk person was extremely helpful and nice, but the female one made me feel uncomfortable and tried to say that I ruined the room and that I wouldn't be welcome back. I wouldn't recommend this place for even one night.

Family member asked for luggage hold an hour before check or early check in since had a business meeting. Silicon Valley mind you with slot of business travelers. Owners/Manager looked in suitcase/bags & questioned the health of family member emailed to me. Then asked if that person would keep the room clean. Also on website states $100 deposit then on telephone they said $200. Family member checked out today, they went to inspect room. Agreed it was clean. I had family member take pictures so we could get deposit back. We opted to not extend another week. Unacceptable treatment of guests and alot of empty rooms. They need to learn how to draw customers and be more professional.

The maid noticed the water drained very slowly and backed up into the shower pan. Marginal sewer line.problem. Told management to pull the toilet.and inspect the sewer line.

It’s close to all the little shopping malls here close to the hospital

Very hospitable and friendly staff. We got a unit with a broken LCD screen. It was only noticeable once you turn the tv on. We informed the front desk about it and they immediately checked and replaced it. Kudos to their prompt response and great service!
