Overall, the room was great! It was huge with a large walk-in shower, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff person was very nice as well. The reason I took off a star is because the area itself does not feel particularly safe. I don't think it's a good idea for people to walk around the neighborhood after dark.

Staff was really resourceful. The amenities are good and the place is maintained well. The hot water stopped during my stay due to a maintenance issue but the staff was quick to support a cancellation request and even refunded a portion of the fees for the inconvenience.

No hot water, extremely noisy fridge, they offered a refund when their hot water system broke down but did not follow through
