The property was older but we'll maintained and clean. The price was reasonable. I would stay again.

The motel is no-frills, but it was clean and in a convenient location to access both Rehobeth and Lewes beaches. It’s just 10 minutes from Cape Henlopen. The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick and easy.

The location was close to restaurant and Rehobeth beach. The room was clean and staff were professional. The water pressure was good and lots of hot water for a long shower. The bathroom needs major refreshing. The toilet seat looked two toned because of the wear on it. Th shower curtain was not a curtain but fabric that allowed water to seep out and wet the floor. Also noticed was the lack of storage as there is no vanity.

VERY clean and well maintained. Staff gives you the impression they are all owners. Highway location but quiet inside the room. Only complaint from wife no hair dryer ….. nice place

Location! It’s always clean and the front desk workers are always welcoming and friendly. They allow renters to smoke right outside their room. The smoke then comes right into your room.

All good I wish it had a pool.

Not bad. Convenient location. Room was missing a bunch of weird tjings. Like no trash can in the bathroom. No place to set anything down in the shower. Maybe it was because they gave us the accessible room, but wouldn't disabled people also want one of those small alcoves to set down their shampoo and place to put washcloth. Also no one gets a do not disturb sign. They don't clean your room daily anyway.

The rooms were pretty clean for what it was. It was aged and had very few amenities, but a great location. Its strength is definitely its staff, who had very good service and were very accommodating.
