Cambria Hotel Rehoboth Beach

I travel a lot, both w/ family and for business. This was by far top three worst stays I’ve encountered. The staff are way too comfortable to voice their personal lives, opinions and many of them are just useless. I kept going to the bar like a battered person and was put off by employees lack of hospitality and the egregious absence in helping guests. Our first day there the bartender kept waking away to take care of her child? Why would you make an employee come to work with her child in the booth next to the bar? She then disappeared for her break without telling anyone. No one, and I mean no one could make a drink. An Asian manager approached us and he too was useless. How does a manager not know how to serve? Over the next few days - The other cocktail waitress[Ari] was just blatantly rude, told us that she wasn’t having a good time and again took FOREVER to get us drinks. Clearly this place was having staffing issues and training. No urgency whatsoever! The information we received at the front desk was wrong[per Barbara]? Our room wasn’t flipped/cleaned on our last day which I had to voice myself once again. Our trash bins were NEVER empty[I have photos]. Genuinely this getaway with the family was overshadowed by such a poor experience let alone stay at Cambria. Food sucked too and menu descriptions don’t match up with what you get.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decor was wonderful and the amenities were top notch. I will be looking for cambria hotels during my next vacation.

We always enjoy staying at Cambria! The facility is so clean and the environment makes you feel like you’re in a tropical place. The indoor and outdoor pools are staple for kids. The breakfast is top notch. We will be returning next year!

The room was clean and outdoor pool was nice. The indoor pool and hot tub had what looked like black mold above the water line of the hot tub and the pool. They constantly ran out of pool towels. The food at the hotel was not that great.

Very Clean…Friendly Staff…Beautiful Place…Like a Resort

The dinning and bar staff were rude. My bathroom has a broken shower door and the water temperature kept fluctuating on its own from hot to cold.

I liked the option of the restaurant and pool on the property.

It is so clean ! The food was amazing and staff was always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and big and very clean . I will definitely be back . Nothing , everything was amazing.

Pool area was AMAZING! Rooms were clean. Close enough to the beach and all the other attractions!

The hotel was very clean

Hotel is very new and the location is only about a 10 min drive to the beach. Walmart is very close if you need an essentials last min. The pool was very big and at night it was lit up my kids enjoyed it. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave that we found useful. Clean and the staff was very friendly would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel felt like a resort, in a way that made us comfortable sticking around if we didn't have plans. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor hang out space and the staff, particularly in the bar/restaurant were sweet and helpful. We decided to eat at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, which was good both times. Coffee and water is available all day included in your stay, which was also nice.

Clean property. Clean room. Awesome staff. The amenities are great with a large pool indoor and outdoor. Also have a hot tub and game room. Food is great. One recommendation is to provide a shuttle bus to and from the beach.

Superb

The staff was nice and friendly. The restaurant has a great wait staff and the food is delicious. My husband and I ate breakfast and dinner there every night along with drinks. Everything was absolutely amazing. The location is ideal only a few minutes from the Rehoboth Beach but not on the beach. I enjoyed everything about the hotel
