Beach View Hotel

You absolutely cannot beat the location! This is the ideal spot for families. Breakfast was good & surprising with ypgurt bar, frittatas & breakfast burritos. So much better than the usual.

Loved the breakfast, happy hour and cookies. Made our stay. The young lady who checked us in was impressive and very friendly. She is definitely management material.

Fabulous location! Super quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay there. The evening lady at the end of the vacation was amazing. Her name was Fiona:).I definitely would go there again. We been going there the last 6 years and always tip top.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Excellent and friendly staff, wonderful amenities! The rooms were exactly as expected and a perfect place to crash after a long day on the beach and shopping! The pool area was great too! I definitely will be coming back in the future! 10/10

Great space close to the water!

This was a really great spot—esp for the price tag. Rooms are small, but they did a nice job cleaning them up and making them feel comfortable. Lobby area was super comfortable and staff was great. Location can’t be beat.

Location. Ease of parking. Helpful staff and super clean room. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching.

There was nothing I didnt like. We loved the staff, everything they had to offer and the proximity to the beach.

Location is great, staff incredibly friendly, great value hotel. The large bathroom towels should really be replaced since the current ones leave a ton of fleks all over your body

The pool was perfect after a hot day, the room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beach View is an older property, however the rooms and bathrooms have been updated with upscale fixtures and plush linens. The big plus is that the hotel is 1/2 block to the beach and only a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue (the main street that bisects the town and ends at the beach) and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, even a couple next door to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a couple of nice seating areas, as well as tables for breakfast. A nice touch was they have something new each morning (egg frittata, egg burritos, etc.). A welcome addition would be some fruit. The rates are a little pricey but the location warrants it. The front desk attendant, Robert, was always polite, helpful, and responsive. We would stay there again.

Really loved our stay! Only complaints were: Curtains don’t cover patio door and balcony lights are on 24/7 - NOT GOOD for sleeping! Wifi was disabled before we checked out.

Room was very clean, staff very nice. From site where I booked, I expected hotel vs. motel (old sign on back of property still says motel) but even with that said, property was just off the beach, had free parking and chocolate chip cookies, we were not able to take advantage of wine and cheese nor breakfast. Pool is vey small but we knew we were not swimming outdoors.

I enjoyed the breakfast, coffee, wine and cookies.

The location is ideal. Staff members were very friendly. The extra amenities were wonderful.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff

The staff on the first day we checked in was amazing! She also baked freshly made chocolate chip cookies!!! The young guy who was at the desk next morning was horrible. Didn’t say hi or good morning. Didn’t respond when I said good morning. I needed help with the hot water. Didn’t say a word, came by and showed me how to do it without a word. When I left, mumbled “have a good day”. Not sure he was shy, just not nice to women or not nice to Asians. Other than that, almost perfect!! Would be perfect if it was actually on the beach. Great place anyway
