We stayed one night and it’s close to the boardwalk and beach. An unexpected treat were the cookies at night and the burritos for breakfast in addition to the advertised continental breakfast. I would stay again for a short weekend trip.

The location is good. The pool is nice and the rooms were clean. You do end up waiting until 3:00 for the rooms to be ready. Free beach chairs and towels are nice. You don’t have to drive anywhere once parked you can walk. We have stayed here before for over 7 seasons. I wish they would go back to the breakfast they usted to serve. They usted to have waffle bar. Potato’s, regular eggs and stuff. They still have the continental style cereal muffins etc. I did not enjoy the breakfast burrito as it was soggy because it was wrapped in tinfoil and left in a warmer. I also didn’t like the egg bake that they had because everything had spinach or peppers and onions. I wish they would go back to having just regular eggs that they served. I know their sister hotel down the road the Avenue has a better breakfast option so may try that next year.

They had some nice amenities for a family of 5 with 3 little kids. They give you beach chairs and beach towels. Free breakfast, fresh baked cookies at 8pm, happy hour wine and cheese. Outdoor pool, small but great for kids. It’s a simple but cute motel. Front desk staff were very friendly. It’s in a great location, we did a 4 night stay. It was nice to be able to walk to everything and of course free parking. The rides are almost too close lol First time visiting Rehoboth, we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Beachview! We were hoping for a balcony room but I didn’t ask for it so that’s on me. Great location!

Parking was excellent. Liked the pool very much. The cookies in the evening were a great touch! The pool chairs were somewhat uncomfortable. Too heavy!

I like the fact that we're only 100 ft from the beach. Free chair rentals and in the center of all the activity

The lobby and parking are huge selling points. Super comfortable beds. There were cookies under our bed and made us question the cleanliness.
