The people cleaning are not as friendly and honestly the room wasn't super clean either, the drawers were dusty and the bathroom surfaces didn't seem very clean either. Also, our beds also were not made when they came to clean, they only took the trash out and replaced the towels. Overall, I feel like this wasn't a deterrent since we had such a great time and the rest of the staff is great; but definitely something worth mentioning. We are already planning our next stay at this hotel.

Everything was great, the only thing was that it would be even better if perhaps you can add a toaster at some point… property was clean, staff was reallly nice and helpful!!!! A smooth check-in, I hope to come back soon!!!!!!!

Staff and facility is amazing. I love this hotel. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been with hair in the tub but otherwise was perfect!

Great location, clean room, friendly and helpful staff! Parking garage is very tight. Extremely slow elevator. Complimentary lobby coffee was found to be empty a lot.

Limited menu for all meals was disappointing. Charging for parking at a 5 star hotel unacceptable. Expand the menu; don't charge for parking; add a chair in the room; offer lite fare - don't call it lite fare and just have the same menu.

Our first stay ..enjoyed it. Room was clean, Staff was great. ONLY thing is there is one elevator which makes a little bit of wait SOMETIMES not always ..we enjoyed our stay and i’ll definetly stay again in the future.

The pool was closed, but that the fault of a guest, they broke glass, so they had to clean the pool.

Pros: - comfortable beds - Friendly staff - Very clean upon checkin - Rooftop deck was really nice with a great view and lots of space to relax - Pool was nice when it was open Cons: - They don’t rent out beach towels like other hotels - No shave shelf in the shower - House keeping missed our room one day so we ran out of towels - Every time we needed toilet paper, we had to ask the front desk for it because house keeping wasn’t leaving a new roll - The pool was closed for two full days of our stay due to them finding broken glass in it. I agree it should’ve been closed but there was no discount for those two days especially since we would’ve used it while it rained outside - Laundry room had one washer and one dryer for guests. While it’s nice they have it, there’s a lot of rooms at the hotel and they should consider having more as they were often being used - The parking is abysmal. The spaces are super tight (like you can’t open your doors to get out after you’ve parked) and it’s very challenging to get in and out - You have to pay $10 a day for parking. When you’re already paying a high cost per night, the extra $10 is annoying and big vehicles (think Ford F150 or Suburbans) don’t fit in the parking spaces - 1/3 mile from the beach (I knew this when I booked but it’s a lot in actuality compared to just looking at a map)
