Great location about one half mile from downtown Rehoboth. Room had an Alaskan King Bed 9’x9’ which was awesome. A bit pricey.

Lovely little spot. The room was modern, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. There is a golf cart shuttle that is 5 bucks each way to and from the boardwalk which was very convenient. I would absolutely stay there again.

The room was very clean, stylish, and nicely decorated. The location was great and very convenient. The room had a refrigerator, hair dryer, and safe, but there was no microwave or coffee machine, which would have been nice to have. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great location.

My biggest complaint is that the hotel was very noisy - not the hotels fault - but something I would want to know as a guest. The guests on the top floor were very inconsiderate, banging, slamming doors, stomping, etc until after 1am which made it hard to fall asleep. Better insulation in the rooms would help with this. The hotel didn’t make it clear (or maybe I missed it) that we had to check in down the street at their sister hotel. This was a surprise to us. Overall it was a good stay… very clean, very nice renovation of an older hotel and good location .

Super cute and very clean property! The staff was super responsive with anything we needed over text. There are mini split A/C and heater units in the room that worked perfectly!! It is in the same parking lot as an INCREDIBLE brewery with good drinks, pizza, and corn hole that you can stroll on over to at any time. Absolutely going to come back here. Super close to beach and main strip of Rehoboth ~8 min drive. Walkable to breakfast /coffee spots, night club, beach, restaurants, Tanger Outlets.

Floor had sand and there was hair in edges.parking sucked

The only downside is the pocket doors—they aren’t soft‑close, so they slide quickly and slam loudly, which you can hear throughout the building. Light sleepers may notice this along with some traffic noise. Our bathroom door didn’t lock because the strike plate had been damaged, and although we reported the broken toilet handle in room 204, no one came to fix either issue. The hotel notes that housekeeping isn’t provided daily, but stays longer than four days receive a tidy—no one came, and we used the same towels for six days. Revelation Brew was definitely a bonus to have so close, perfect for both a delicious beer and wood‑fired pizza, & great staff! Aside from the bathroom door issue, I am hopeful they will find a way to mitigate that issue - it would be worth it for them to do so, we would stay again because it is so clean and is in a great location.

This place was amazing for our weekend at the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were great. The shuttles to and from the beach were convenient and affordable.

Room was newly renovated and very clean. Parking is a bit tight but works well enough. Airconditioning is a mini-split that works very well in the summer. Would visit again

Bad

The good: pretty clean, had the 4 person room. Bath large and updated. TV worked fine but remote sucked. Stuck buttons and no volume control. Lighting adequate. Beds fine. Has refrig. The bad: refrig has no freezer. No microwave. Totally inadequate flat areas. The only table is a joke. The TV stand has very little space taken up with ice bucket. The room has one suitcase stand for 4 people resulting in your things being placed on floor all over. If your staying here bring folding tables, you'll need them Location was fine for us. We enjoyed the mile walk to beach and back but some people may not want this. We did not have to use car and fight for parking in town. We were there only 2 nights. The Revelation bar next door plays outside music until about 11 PM. If the place is full you may not have a park spot. The lot is small. We went Tuesday - Thur so had no problem. There is no office on site. You have to go down the street to another hotel (Ocean Glass) for any help. Will find another place next year.
