toilet ran all night long at 1 minute increments

If it hadn't been midnight, we would have driven further to find a cleaner place. I don't understand why hotel owners dont take care of their properties. Room 220 had an air conditioner that sounded like it hadn't been repaired since 1960 if ever. The bathroom door looked like it hadn't been cleaned or painted since 1960 either. The place is a dump. Please don't stay here.

I don't Recommend staying at this Quality Inn, for starters I had to change rooms, the first room was filthy, sheets were a disgrace, lights flickering room service telephone didn't work. The second room sheets still were not up to par, dust and dirt everywhere and no soap to shower plus shower didn't work, I say the bed was Okay still lost sleep. The pool looked not maintained. My husband and I was disappointed.

Very old furniture, old towels and bed linen. No do not disturb signs were not available and no tissues in the bathroom. This hotel is very outdated but for the price ~ what would you expect. I would not recommend it for long term stay for a vacation.

When checking in was very polite, helpful, kind lady at front desk. Room was clean, nice and cool. Also had jetted tub that was very nice. Missed the breakfast but was available.

The front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room lacked in cleanliness from the shower to the carpet; however the bed was clean and comfortable.

Old hotel. Exterior needs refreshing, Below average towels. Bed (including linens and AC were good.

I drive an electric car, and I was thrilled to find a rapid charger on site! Sweet!

Stay was ok not worth the rate

The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include sighing near customers, especially while they are eating breakfast during the last 30 minutes the kitchen is open.

I enjoyed my stay. The tub was stained though. And the shower was tricky to turn on, but other than that - staff were friendly and helpful. No bugs seen, sheets appeared clean. Area was quiet. The breakfast looked and smelled good..I didn't eat any of it because I had other breakfast plans.

I don't know how this property has such great reviews. The room we stayed in was not up to par. The beds were terrible and the pillows were lumpy. We only stayed for a good night's rest and we didn't get that. The room was outdated, carpeting looked fairly new. If the beds would have been comfortable I probably would rate it higher but when I pay for a good night's rest and don't get it, then I rate it as such.

Room clean, staff friendly, check in was quick.

I was worried about staying at a motel that had both smoking and non smoking. I had a king room first floor non smoking and the room didn’t smell like smoke at all. It did have a musky smell but after I turned the AC on the smell went away. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The amenities are cheap but that’s expected. I’m a woman that was alone on a business trip and I felt safe. Great stay for one night. Front desk woman Julie was very nice! I got a late checkout and no one came knocking early a woke me up so great communication within the staff.

you need hot scrambled egg for breakfast. the frozen one is not eatable.
