As soon as we arrived, a man told us that we had been given a “very special room.” Unfortunately, the room was anything but special. The moment we entered, we found used condoms, a bloody pad wrapper, and clothing underneath the furniture that did not belong to us. The room had clearly not been properly cleaned or inspected before we were given the keys. The bathroom was disgusting, and there was what appeared to be feces on the side of the bathtub. The bed was visibly dirty, heavily worn, and sagged severely in the center, making it extremely uncomfortable and raising serious concerns about whether it had even been properly cleaned or changed. The room also had no functioning air conditioning and felt close to 100 degrees inside. The refrigerator was hot instead of cold, and the freezer was broken and filled with a large block of ice caused by a leak. The overall condition of the room was so poor that it looked like something out of a scene from The Shining. This was not a minor inconvenience or a simple issue with the room. We were given an unsanitary, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable room. The fact that guests were given access to a room containing used condoms, bloody sanitary waste, clothing left behind by previous occupants, and feces is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleaning and inspection standards.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Had laundry on site to wash and dry clothes. Pets were welcome for extra fee. Had breakfast in lobby with bagels and a waffle maker.

Location The Ac wasn’t working in the first room. He switched room and ac was a little better but not comfortable. Also the cable wasn’t working

If you’re friendly to them, they’re friendly to you the staff was amazing! Minor changes I have a cleaning disorder so something’s bothered me but nothing that couldn’t be manageable. You get exactly what you pay for and we not talking $2000 hotels so I definitely had a reasonable experience.

My husband had to change rooms three times. No air conditioning and black mold in bathrooms. One room hadn't even been cleaned or had tiolet paper. Furniture out in yard and appliance sitting outside our rooms. They double charged us from booking. Com and won't return our money. They wouldn't open door for continental breakfast or let you get coffee until after 7 am.
