Great place for a vacation - both the hotel and the surrounding

We enjoyed our stay in a recently renovated room, with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice. We also enjoyed the wellness, it was very clean, spacious and relaxing. I only have a very small remark. In our room the light was very bright, it would have been nice to have a small ambient light in the room.

Check-in on arrival was very friendly and well-prepared. Breakfast buffet was very nice and the restaurant served great food for diner. Location of the hotel is great - overlooking the river on the one side and vineyards on the other. Water-pressure in the shower was a bit low (especially when using hot water) - also causing the water switch to hand-shower. No A/C in the room, so we had to keep windows open for cooling (beautiful weather when we were there). Also the curtains were not blacking out.

It all starts with the amazing staff. They were incredibly nice and helpful. We stayed there 3 nights and even dined in the restaurant which was our best meal of the trip along with the wine. Would highly recommend. Nothing, it was perfect.
