no elevator to carry the luggage to upper floors. No air conditioning (It was a hot day - 34 degrees)

The breakbast buffet was very good, the view of the balcony/ restaurant is exceptional and the staff are very friendly. If you don't have a car, you need to walk 15 minutes after the bus station.

The hotel and the staff service is great. Very nice (remote) location, perfectly fitting into our hiking plans. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was bit cold when we arrived, because heating was off. As soon as we turned it on, it became nice and warm within an hour. Side remarks: The bridge to Bad Schandau city is closed, the closest bridge to get to the other side of the river by car is in Pirna

The view from the terrace was good and the breakfast was good. Far away, under construction, no air condition, very old

The service was excellent Not enough vegan options in the menu, the breakfast could be better.

Breakfast buffet is simple, rooms have no balcony and there's no elevator in the hotel. Mattresses quality were lower than our expectation

The view was indeed amazing! The rooms are spacious, and breakfasts are also nice. It's really convenient to have dinner at the hotel restaurant as well It is remote, which can be an up and down side at the same time. If you're looking for a more countryside feeling, this hotel is for you The facilities are a bit old and you can not only see it, but also smell. Nothing crucial but just as a detail. We were also a bit surprised with the system at breakfast. To get a coffee or tea, you need to ask a waitress to bring it to you. There's no option of getting hot drinks yourself. Maybe we're just not used to it, but it felt weird

The view is stunning, restaurant was great for both breakfast & dinner. Excellent help for short hike advice on an all too brief stay, will definitely be back! Not the fault of the hotel, but finding it was a bit tricky & nearly gave my German a heart attack when we routed through a forest 'road'. Spotty wifi through the hotel

The hotel and the staff service was exceptional. Rooms were clean with fresh towels. Room service made sure to keep fresh towels and clean the room everyday. Sauna facility was great. Breakfast was also good. Really convenient if you have a car. Hotel rooms have amazing view point.

place is really nice, up the hill, surrounded by forests. Smelly towels.. by a chance we had our own so we did not use the hotel ones. Also, the room was full of ladybugs, like tens of them :/

Location in the forest with magnificent view from a terrace. Lunch was like from semi-finished products. Strudel is definitely one from Edeka fridge. Internet exist in a room but simply not working, same as a TV.

On the restaurant the waitress -lady with long, dark hair was really rude. She gave me old version of menu, so when I was asked to pay it turned out that the price was significantly higher than it was written in menu. She shouted on me that it is not her problem I don't speak German and I have difficulties in translating some information from menu that is why I asked for a menu in English(which wasn't updated with new prices I guess). At the end, she mentioned she will not give me any menu in the future and I shouldn't come back as she has difficulties with English. Also, she explained some things from the menu incorrectly for example she said I will get backed potatoes and there was boiled potatoes on my plate. As a result I got a different dish than I ordered and different price. Lady at the reception and staff during the breakfast was nice and helpful. Room was clean.

Our stay at Panorama Wolfsberg exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, the terrace is its star attraction with wide views of the surrounding hills and Zirkelstein. It's a great place to enjoy the breakfast buffet or post-hike dinner. Although we didn't have a car, there were a number of hiking routes that could be accessed from the hotel and the local bus stopped just 15 minutes away so it was possible to travel into Krippen and Bad Schandau. The staff were lovely too, very welcoming and kind - they even lent my mum a hiking pole as we'd forgotten hers. I'd definitely recommend using the sauna - it's a great place to relax after a day in the nature!
