Nice welcoming people

The staff at Pension Prack were incredible. A special thank you goes to the lovely lady who works in the afternoons — her birthday is on June 3rd (sorry, I didn’t catch her name!). She made our stay especially memorable with her kindness and warmth. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our stay at Pension Prack was truly enjoyable. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Each morning, we enjoyed a good breakfast — while the selection didn’t change during our three-day stay, we were still very happy with what was offered. The property also has two cozy lounge areas where you can unwind, and the wellness centre was a lovely added touch — clean, relaxing, and a great way to end the day. A bonus was the free parking, which made things even more convenient.

Superb

No hot water in late evening. So no ability to shower (unless you like ice baths). Room was small, carpets on the floor were pretty old. Parking was pretty packed but there was space in the garage, which was tricky to get into in late evening.

Location is fine. The room was big. Friendly staff. A lower price for the location. The sauna in the hotel needs to be renovated. It looks uncomfortable and cramped. Sleeping mattresses are older and too soft. Breakfast is basic.

It was very nice and special experience to stay in this family pension. Everything was perfect, starting with warm welcoming and smooth check-in, follow up with excellent services during the breakfast and dinners, privat shuttle service - really practical and time saving, good room service including nice details like blanket folded into a different shape every morning. On top, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful! And we highly recommend to order half-board! Dinners were soo delicious!! - and included starter, soup, main course and desert. Also the locatin was quite and very close to the lifts. It was really great time to stay there and we will definatelly coma back again! Maybe a bit colder in our room nr. 2 (downstairs), than we prefer.

Exceptional

We felt fantastic in the Pension Prack. All services was excellent, from the cleanliness of the accommodation to the food. We had our blanket folded into a different shape every morning. Our son always enjoyed having his cap folded. A very kind and thoughtful gestures which makes us feel fantastic. The dinners were so delicious that they should get a Michelin star! Very beautiful, even touching, was for us the welcome and the toast in each language of the participants with their names. People from Prack do their job brilliantly, 100%, and everyone who works in the tourism industry should take example from them. Regarding Kronplatz: Wide slopes. Plenty of options to choose from. There is still much to discover. Fun for kids. Messner Museum at the top. Services. Well-groomed. I haven't found a single negative in this resort is the really high level of service. Both the ski slopes and the service are of a high standard.
