Accra Luxury Apartments at The Gallery

Management is poor. A good quick orientation would be helpful. Telling the customer where is where what is what who is who and how is how around the facility is a basic form of communication.

This is a great apartment-style hotel. The rooms were clean, and the A/C worked very well. We had a great time swimming in the pool and enjoying the area's luxuries. Also, the staff who worked the entrances were very nice. I would stay here again. The surrounding area is kind of run-down. Strange to have such a nice apartment complex near unfinished roads.

I like the proximity to the airport, and it was in a safe location. We did the face screening but the camera would never recognize my face. Also, it was unclear what the check out instructions were. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable.

Sage restaurant was excellent. Leaking refrigerator, washer dryer not working, only one key provided until end of stay, towels were not replaced regularly, etc. Even though I requested the room to make sure we had a courtyard view, I was told they wouldn't let me know until I got there. And of course it was a room overlooking construction and people bathing in the middle of their homesteads. And this is a little picky, but if you have a 2 bedroom apartment, please provide a tv in each room. Guest don't always like to watch the same thing all the time.

The apartment was okay and the staff were responsive. Easily accessible from the elevator and was cleaned everyday. But read my other review below about what I didn't like. The wifi availability was erratic and even though the host was responsive when texted, they took long to resolve the wifi problems. The host had to be reminded that I needed replenishment of bath gel, and they made me use the same towels throughout the entire stay. On the day before check out, the bathroom sink got clogged (as in the stopper got stuch and could come up to let the water flow), and to sum it all up the host didn't give me my change for the amount I paid for my stay (the cost was $402, I paid $405. the host told me he would give me the $3 change in GHS, but he never did.

They made sure we were doing well, settled in, and were a good source of resource for whatever we needed in Accra. We will definitely return in the future.

Taylor was excellent, very helpful

The location is very easy to get to from anywhere in the city of Accra. It is also very close to shops, restaurants and the airport. The space suited my family, and we enjoyed our stay. Above all, the staff went above and beyond and attended to our needs, if any. A big thank you to Taylor for ALWAYS greeting us with smiles and making sure we were taken care of. We look forward to staying here on future visits.

The property was in a good location i loved the view The room was ok but it was annoying when taking a shower and the water wasn’t going down the drain and the the stove wasn’t working well we reported it and someone came but didn’t do much it was very frustrating ??‍♀️??‍♀️
