Beds are lumpy, shower has zero rubber mats for slippage, a/c unit sounds like airplane in ur room. I was there for 4 nights and it was Horrible. 0 Stars! If I had not prepaid room I would have left!

Check in was great. Hotel ran down. Swimming pool area was under construction. Parking lot needed maintenance.

Construction was being done and I wasn’t notified of this. Also pool was closed and wasn’t notified of that either.

Upon arrival the hotel's booking system was down and we couldn't check in for over an hour. It was 109 degrees outside and so we sat in the breakfast area and waited. We did get one night compted but we had to ask for it, nothing offered without asking. The staff didn't seem to be trained in how to appropriately handle the down system situation, and in talking to another guest (with a disabled spouse) they had asked the hotel about helping them find another place or just letting them into a room to rest, the guest was told the hotel couldn't help and the guest would have to figure it out. No empathy or courtesy given. Our check in staff was young (early 20's) and just didn't seem mature enough or trained enough and all they knew was to say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". Breakfast was ok but nothing great. I would like more FRESH fruit (salad looked like it had sat awhile).

Exterior of the building is worn, with stucco falling off. Furnishings inside were worn as well, with laminate layer wearing off the furniture. Rooms aren't really soundproofed, I could hear a toddler crying in the room below ours, kids stomping in the room above ours, and people talking in the room next door. Breakfast was nice though, small waffles were fun and the rest was slightly better than usual hotel breakfast.

I wasn't given a discount or anything because I reserved the room thru a 3rd party I was told.

The rooms were extremely dirty, with trash on the floor; the bathroom was very dirty, and the room had a relly bad smell.

I was on a 24 day vacation and stayed in hotels the entire time. Hands down, this hotel was the best one. Not only were the rooms spacious, plenty of parking, and the breakfeast couldn't be compared to any other hotel. Best breakfeast selection. I would certainly staff here again. Unfortunately, I only stayed one. I traveled with my three children and wife.

The breakfast was good, ample hot and cold options. Quality of bed/mattress/pillows was above average. Way overpriced for the experience. Carpets in our room had a weird stickiness to them that made it feel unclean, despite the trims of the room otherwise appearing fine. Noises from other rooms were way too loud for a $200/night room, I'd expect a better experience with room quietness. We were there for one night to close a long road trip and just wanted to relax in the pool, and the pool was closed; weird choice to close a pool for maintenance on a Saturday. We picked a spot outside the bustle of the casino city center, which we got, but the lack of exterior noise didn't matter as much when interior noise was so audible. (Also, looking through exterior windows, it seems the photos of the pool on the site do not match what was actually at this facility). The young man at the front desk when we checked in seemed to be the only person working; despite our booking detailing the number of guests in our family, the room had not been prepared with the right number of towels, and to his credit he hustled himself to run a towel to us. But very surprising to only have one person staffing the front desk and room requests.

I "specifically" requested receipt to be emailed but I never received. Today I had to submit my expenses and wasted so much time in calling them and following up. Such a waste of time. I travel almost every month so I really do not have time for such wastage of time as it all adds up... just NO NO for me!
