My father stayed here during a visit to Reno. He likes Marriott Residence Inn. The stay was comfortable, the breakfasts were good, and it was a convenient south Reno location. He didn't spend much time in the room so really nothing specific to say about amenities etc.

Someone from the hotel entered my room twice, not house keeping, without knocking and without my knowledge. Once a guy walked in while my wife was naked, didn’t knock. Then, again after I went to the front desk and told them no one is allowed in my room then I went to lunch. Came back to my door left open, no housekeeping was done. Went to the front desk and they totally drew me off and just said they give no record of anyone coming in my room. So I just imagined all of it.

I guess you have to always ask for more coffee etc. each day. Lots of parking. Loved the shower head with the wonderful changes of spray.

The staff was so sweet and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Staff was amazingly nice when we arrived at 11pm. Room was clean and we were comfortable with a family of 6. Breakfast was good. Laundry on site was clean. Pool was comfortable.

Great friendly staff. Only complaint I would have is to have more than waffle maker for breakfast. If you don’t get there at open or want to wait in line for 20 minutes you mine as well not even try for the waffles. Other than that slight complaint it was an enjoyable stay very comfortable and great staff

I really love everything about this hotel The pillows are a little soft, doesn't provide much support. Wish the pool was open later.

The staff was kind and gave great service. The only downside was the loud air conditioner. We tried to set the fan to run continually to avoid the off and on auto setting of the loud sound. We were up most of the night and didn't get the rest we hoped we would get. The staff said they were working on getting the A/C fixed.

I totally recommend people to stay at the Marriott The only thing that I couldn’t fully experience was the gym and the grill Other than that I had such a good time with my family and everything was fully equipped

The breakfast on Monday was great, not so much on Tuesday. Comfortable facilities, we've stayed here a few times and plan on staying again.

I loved everything about this hotel! Layout of the room perfect, pool and patio area perfect, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast every morning was great! Great location for everything we wanted to see and do. Super clean hotel. 10/10 recommend and I would stay here again.

Unfortunately, the couch in the living room had 3 spots of red stain (I had to use Wet wipes & wet washcloth to clean it!). Also, in the bathroom, there was a spiderweb with a little bug on it by the shower.
