SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Reno Airport

Staff was nice and helpful and room was clean and definitely will be back. Stay went good and hotel was at a good spot to get anywhere.

The hotel restaurant is poorly staffed with long wait times. It is not a complimentary breakfast. If you want to eat before a flight allow plenty of time.

Extremely convenient location, you can walk from the airport to the hotel via airport parking building.

I think they need insulation between the floors. I could hear the floor creaking above me. It seemed that the people above me on the third floor were pacing the floors all night!

One of the elevators was broken so that there was quite a bit of extra walk with a full compliment of luggage; also, the computer system was very slow for checking in.

Very convenient to the airport. room was clean.. was a little confusing on what door to go to to get to our room. We ended up doing a lot of walking to get to our room.

Very convenient to airport. Exterior was well maintained. Interior was also clean and well-maintained. Ice machine wasn’t working on the second floor wing I stayed in. Showers in bathrooms were absolutely too weak. I understand about water conservation but how much are you conserving when people take longer showers to get properly rinsed off? TV service was spotty, but was supposedly being serviced.

It’s okay for the price. The tv service wasn’t working one of the elevators was down one of the lights in the room didn’t work. The staff was friendly and it was a clean bed to sleep in but that’s about it.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, courteous and helpful shuttle driver, room was quiet (except when someone's dog started barking) Bed was hard, room smelled slightly of stale smoke even though it had been well- cleaned.
