You can do everything here at this hotel without leaving! It has shows, a movie theater, bowling, arcade, lots of gaming events such as an escape room, laser tag, etc…, lots of food places to choose from, you can have meetings, conventions, weddings, anniversaries, and much more! it has a spa, gym, and pool! What I love is that it has its own Starbucks inside! The staff are all so friendly and professional!

We rented room for 2 persons, there was only 1 set of towels, also was 1 pack of coffee

From the valet parking and front desk customer service to the friendly staff and honest employees. We loved the room, view, and atmosphere! But to top it off… my daughter left her Switch when we were waiting outside for our vehicle. After driving for almost an hour, we realized she forgot it. Turning around and making a few phone calls… we found out our valet driver turned in to “Lost and Found”. I was greeted with a smile and they quickly returned my daughter’s item. As I left the building thanking them, our same valet driver waved me down and he knew exactly who we were and what we turned around to get. He genuinely wanted to make sure our item was returned to us. That type of customer experience is highly appreciated and we will return to this resort every time we visit Reno! Thank you!

So the casino is of course big, plenty of stuff to do. Rooms really nice. This is a massive hotel so be prepared to wait in line for everything

We Will stay again. Good variety of places to eat on the property.

I continued to observe the changes to room by the intruder. My lights were all on, drapes were open ( I left to a dark room) But, they also managed to steal (2) payout slips from the casino, one for .22 cents and one for $62,00! So, my experience with your hotel is POOR at the very best!
