The staff were great and helpful but they’re in dire need of a new hotel. Needs to be revamped for better business

Not so good to much dust on the room tv signal no good shower tub clogs dirty carpet

When first check in our room was filthy dirty complained to the front desk and got upgraded to a suite no extra charge. Thanks to the wonderful front desk staff they were great

Could use a renovation. Never felt unsafe but can see how others may feel unsafe especially people from nicer areas

The room we received the AC did not work properly and when asked for a different room they stated they were sold out!! They said they could provide a fan but they did not have a cleaner working who had the key so they couldn't provide one. Asked for a refund or criedit but was rejected

The hotel is pet friendly, which is fine but when you walk into your room and find pee stains everywhere it’s gross. Room smelled like pee, carpet was stained. Bathroom tiles were falling off the wall, the toilet you had to flush 3-4 times just to get pee and toilet paper down. Cracks in the wall and water stains on the ceiling (which is still popcorn) mattresses felt like they hadnt been replaced in years.

We enter into our next room the toilet was clogged and the tub was dirty with a ring around it I will never stay at this hotel ever again for the amount of money we paid this was horrible weekend.

Comfy bed, convenient to Renown Regional Medical Center, great rate for families of patients in hospital, terrific and friendly staff.

Need ice buckets in rooms.

The lobby seemed fine and check-in was uneventful, but as soon as the elevator doors opened on the third floor, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of animal urine. The odor was so strong that both my son and I gagged. The hallways were stained and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, our room was even worse. The smell inside was unbearable and made our eyes water. We were traveling with two service dogs and felt uncomfortable letting them walk on the carpet because of the strong urine odor. The room also had multiple maintenance issues. The shower did not work properly, the toilet would not flush correctly, and the bedding was thin and worn. I went to the front desk to request a different room and report the problems. I was told the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was a bottle of spray to help mask the smell. No maintenance assistance, room change, discount, or other accommodation was offered. My son and I were on a cross-country road trip and had nowhere else to go that night. I have stayed in several hotels during this trip, and this was easily the worst. The condition of the property and the lack of customer service were extremely disappointing. I will be contacting corporate regarding this stay.

Nothing, it was a horrible place to stay. Sketchie neighborhood. Stained and wrinkled carpet. Stained couch. Run down bathroom. Very creepy and scary. Would never recommend. See above.

This place is horrible. Homeless people hanging out in the front. Lobby bathrooms have to be unlocked by the staff. 3pm check in and no rooms were available. I walked out and got my two rooms at circus circus.

The parking lot was constantly occupied by some salty folks that some might say part-take in some questionable activity, and the police were called to the property to deal with an unruly person off the street who was causing issues with the desk staff, before getting into verbal altercations with property security (who btw started with professional courtesy and empathy before being triggered by the trespassers antics). Bad characters, in a bad hotel, in a bad side of town...now matter how cheap the room or its ratings online. YMMV but don't say I didn't warn you. Wyndham needs to step up on improving, or removing, this property.

Nothing !!!! We showed up and they couldn't find our reservation and insted of being helpful they told us to step a side to call you guys to figure it out ,unable to get a hold of you we left after traveling 4 hours .

The courtesy of the staff and their helpfulness and the room was quiet. Everything was fine.

Hotel is EXTREMELY dated and looks nothing like the photos. Upon arriving to our room, we found food and garbage on the carpet, bed pillows were sofa accent pillows in standard pillowcases, bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper, TV remote was so greasy and dirty I had to clean it first before I could use it, and complimentary breakfast service was nonexistent as they ran out of coffee. Check out staff couldn’t be bothered to stand up to assist us with checking out making us peer over the counter and monitor to make eye contact.
