Walked in then right back out, this place is disgusting wouldn’t ever come back

Front desk was friendly, n very helpful. The elevator only worked once to get us up to our floor, but then we had to carry everything up n down the stairs. No pool

Me and my husband booked a room with a queen size bed. Upon arrival, the staff was helpful, but the moment we stepped into the room, I knew I made a mistake. Everything was extremely dingy, every wall had dirt stains on them. The bed have little pieces of hair intertwined in every layer of it. The shower/tub needed to be refinished, and was worn down enough that I decided to go another day without a shower. There was a sofa chair that was just disgusting, covered in all sorts of stains. There was straight up just a broken picture frame on the wall. on the bright side, the air conditioner worked, but even then it was extremely loud. But not quite loud enough to mute any sounds from outside. Every 15 minutes it felt like the toilet was making another strange noise, the sink hardly drained at all. And to top it all off after being there for about 15 minutes, I started to consistently notice there was tiny little flying bugs that would hover around me. Me and my husband were so uncomfortable that we decided to end our stay early and didn’t spend the night. I definitely recommend spending the little extra money to get a different hotel, because as far as cleanliness, this place didn’t have it.

I slept.well.

We slept top floor, we heard people running on the room at 6 am… that’s Vegas we thought.. but no, it was workers doing work things. We were so exhausted from lack of sleep we didn’t even gamble. The room was a gamble.

THE TOILET PAPER HAS GOT TO BE THE CHEAPEST IN THE PLANET, THE COFFEE MAKER, NOT GOOD, THE COFFEE WAS LIKE TEA, THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED WHEN WE WENT OUT TO EAT EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM TO, LATER THE DESK CLERK APOLOGIZED STATED THE CLEAN UP LADY WAS GONE, I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE ARGUING THAT WAS NOT THE REASON I WENT TO RENO

This place is a dump. The check-in staff ignored us while they discussed personal issues. When they accidentally made eye contact with us, one of them grudgingly tried to check us in, but could not fathom how to spell “Smith.” We were eventually assigned a room, which was so decrepit that it caused us to break out laughing. The floorboards were sticky and broken and sagging. The bathroom had bugs running around on the floor. The handle for the shower was protruding from an unfinished hole in the wall. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag taped in place. The beds had broken springs. I mean, seriously, how could this have been worse?

Staff WAS AMAZING! Very helpful and tentative I was a very late check in most towards 11pm and she got me checked in without a problem ! She was so helpful and nice I definitely will be returning just because of how I was treated. 10-10 rating customer service was great and the property was so good for the price very nice and clean super amazing

It was a great experience there the staff was great and friendly the AC was nice and cold, my only negative was that my TV was constantly disconnecting from the Internet and the blow dryer didn't work also my fridge was not working until the staff replaced my power strip as they were trying to fix the Internet connection also they were unable to connect to the cable either. But I only stood on my room a few hours a day since we were at Hot August Nights but when they fixed it it works great and had a better time when I was in the room. I will definitely be back to this hotel next time I come into Reno thank for the good service have a great day thank you again

The staff Jessica was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. She was super busy and the office was hot, however she remained professional and kind. Other than that I do not recommend staying here. The free wi-fi didn't work, the beds where on wood that was chipping. The bathroom in the room was not clean, we food the previously guests food in the mini fridge. For what we paid I was highly disappointed. The overall cleanliness was an issue. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom & fridge were dirty.

They made a fuss about non smoking but the first room we were put in reeked of smoke and the second smelled like someone emptied a can of Febreeze after smoking. Staff was nice. Besides the smell, room seemed like it hadn’t been fixed up in 20 years. Seemed a little seedy outside. Would not stay there again
