Howard Johnson by Wyndham Reno Downtown

Npt the cleanest place. Lots of noise, pot smoking.

I was given a second-floor corner room facing the street. The room had an absolutely horrible odor—something between feet and a strong, stagnant smell of decompositions that made me wonder if the room had been neglected for quite some time before a guest was found. The smell was present the entire time I was there. The whole place reminded me of the depressing motel atmosphere in Leaving Las Vegas—the kind of place where you start questioning your life choices about three hours after checking in. I was also disappointed with Reno in general during this visit and was honestly glad to leave town.

Breakfast?? 2 energy bars is not breakfast! We were told to take the elevator on the other side of the parking lot but when we got there, it wasn't working - we had to walk back across the parking lot to take that elevator. We felt the staff should have known the elevator wasn't working

A very bad experience. The breakfast offered was bread pastries in a basket that you went to the office and grabbed no continental breakfast. No waffle machine like it showed on the pictures and you can get orange juice, apple juice or coffee and that was it. Ask Oh my gosh dude.

I enjoyed my stay. The only problem I had was the room that was supposed to be smoke free smelled like someone had just finished smoking.

Staff was nice. Parking g Lot was shady.

Cheap Dirty . Not what I expected from Howard Johnson . Parking was maybe you can maybe you can go park over there across the street. The lock on the door was plastic and was clearly broken before so I had to put a chair in front of the door. I only stayed for a few hours as my Flight got delayed several hours and I was exhausted.

The tv and internet didn’t work the air condition didn’t work properly staff was helpful wasn’t the best looking

The property had multiple doors that didn't latch. Had to change from the first room because the entry door couldn't latch closed. The 2nd room the bathroom door didn't latch properly. The mini fridge wasn't cold. The wifi signal was very poor and the cable box wasn't connected

This place is a dump. The TV had to reprogrammed to work. There was no handle to turn the shower on, had to turn it on with pliers, the showerhead sprayed the opposing wall and no way to adjust it. the floor was dirty, I used a towel to wioe up water and it was black after that, and the hair dryer didn’t work. Felt screwed over on the cost.

It was close to downtown The staff when arrived was RUDE!! Only one elevator.

Everything was really nice the only things that sucked was it was a very popular event weekend and parking was impossible other than that the hotel was really good

Location It’s a mess. One can see outside thru the door jam. Weird place. Cops. Noisy all night. Beat up place.

Nothing Tv didn't work ,door broken,locks didn't work and haven't returned despoist!!
