Courtyard Reno Downtown/Riverfront

Every thing in this place was great the fire pit over looking the river was nice little loud when the games let out but a very nice place and so much nicer to stay there when in town for the Aces games walk across the road and your there can’t wait to come back

All Staff members were friendly and helpful. Lobby PC computers were not working. Cushions on fold out bed were torn.

It was nice for our stop I like the fact that they charge $237 which I’m hoping supposed to be getting it back but it was real nice. I would stay there.

Very clean well kept area. AA baseball field across the street was nice not chaotic. Parking garage was also convenient but the fee was a surprise.

The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the bar was better than expected. This is not a knock against the Hotel, but being so close to 'Downtown' Reno turned out to be a big negative. As we have not been to Reno in several years, it was a shock to see the decline, lack of tourists, homeless,etc. Lots of police activity constantly adjacent to street in front of hotel. Sad. We asked for a river view room thinking that would be nice, but observing several homeless on the bank of the river right accross from The Hotels outside patio, as well as view from our room....didn't feel like a vacation. Again, this is nothing that Courtyard has any control over. It does however make me realize that perhaps Carson City, would have been a better choice to stay for proximity to the Reno Airport, even though its a 35 minute drive. The Hotel is showing its age in a few areas. I doubt that the parent company will be investing the substantial capital to update it, as sadly, the area does not warrant it.

They turned me away at 11 pm, said no rooms, it’s booking.con fault, go away The staff were jerks

Nice quiet Hotel Conveniently located. Rooms are modern, spacious and offer everything you need.

Bed comfortable Parking situation was aweful. Room too far from elevator

Tbh this felt like a Quality Inn or something- right next to a ball park that set off fireworks at 9pm. The pool and hot tub are sort of outside so it was super dirty. They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. Pay for parking, pay for breakfast, pay for water in your room.

Clean room and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay there. I will book it again next time I’m in Reno.

The room was as expected, convenient location for what we were in town for. I don't believe children should be allowed in the hot tub while the parents are at the other end of the pool. I also thought $11 was a little steep for two cups of coffee.

My tv did not work staff tried to fix it 2 times dtill didnt work ehen i asked gor a crefit on my bill they said no they should have moved us to a new room but didnt

Room and common areas were very clean pool was nice. Our only problem was when booking the room it was booked for 5 people. 2 adults 2 teens and a preteen and they do not have roll away beds. We had to make a makeshift bed on the floor out of pillows.
