AC didn’t work well, room not clean ( dirty pair of men’s underwear on floor )

Our room entry was dark, otherwise, 5 stars.

I was highly satisfied with everything; upon checking-in staff did not emphasize that the breakfast was complimentary, and I didn’t follow-up to see if indeed it was. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Always will stay at this hotel.

This was an amazing stay. Friendly people, very clean facility, good food, and the softest beds! If I’m ever back this way, definitely worth staying here again!

Great stay. Just annoying to be woken up by a crazy loud smoke alarm system ‘test’. We had been warned about it but still a bummer.

The hotel was pleasant and clean, and the staff was quite friendly. However, corners were cut in the room design in order to fit in more rooms. The bathroom in particular was poorly designed with corners cut to save money and space. It was just small things that said “cheap,” such as the thinnest toilet paper imaginable.

Awesome hotel. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Chris at the desk was great. Our suite was spectacular.

The entire hotel was very clean and the room was also. The restaurant on the property is excellent.

I called the front desk to ask for shower chair for my mom, she’s handicapped, they gave me a shower table for baby, it’s way too big in the tub, I called again, but the girl who’s very rude. I do not want to go back this hotel again, do not recommend it

Great location

Great location. The Shore restaurant was fantastic. Amazing espresso martini, good food and loved the view sitting outside on the terrace overlooking the river. I also had a Riverview room which was nice. The bartenders at Bundox Boccee were not friendly to me at all. They acted like I was bothering them by needing to make me a drink. The pool is a bit lackluster for a large hotel. I think an upgrade of the pool would make a huge difference. When I checked out, I got a coffee from coffee and comics. The coffee was great, and the girl at the register was a sweetheart.

Nice place. Only complaint was the pool was open 9-8. We wanted an early or late swim and we’re not able to use it.

At check-in desk, Casandra was very helpful in aiding me in setting up over-night parking and wire-fi access. A great employee. Coffee shop hours are advertised at opening at 6am. Wasn't open until nearly 6:30.

Good location, caring staff Put us in a lesser room than we booked however once we raised the issue it was sorted promptly to our satisfaction by caring staff
