Garage elevator was not working. Gate to garage was broken. Inside only had one working elevator. Pool great. Staff excellent

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Pool area was clean as was the sun deck. Overall it was a great stay. Unfortunately, there are a couple of issues that I came across. Parking garage is as bad as I have ever seen. The garage is super tiny and the turns going up to next level are so bad you have to honk your horn a few times so you won't get hit. The elevator in the garage was not working so I decided to use the stairs but stairs just lead to a locked door at the bottom of stairs. Finally used to staff elevator but it took forever for the elevator to get there. Lovely hotel but horrific parking

The staff there was being rude towards my family and I. When we asked them for water they didn’t want to give us any. Even checking in felt like they treated us rude. We did not feel welcomed at all. I will not come back to this hotel. Do not recommend it at all. Bad customer service.

Wonderful for the price

Loved the place. Very large room. Lots of storage. They only had one elevator working which caused some delays. Otherwise, we lived the place. Close to all activities and half block from the river.

Great location for the Riverwalk restaurants and bars.

This property is perfectly nice while a little dated still offers great hospitality and value. Has a great cocktail lounge. Stay here, you’ll like it.

This is a good hotel with a great location near the river walk and restaurants. The room was spacious, much larger than most modern hotels. It is an older hotel and does show its age, lots of dark wood, etc. During our stay the guest elevator to parking was not working so we had to use the staff elevator, which gets abused. Thus, the first impression is a bit off. The parking on site and self park which is good. However the parking slots are narrow, not made for large modern cars so you have to take your time to park. But it is very nice to have secure on site parking.

Really liked the location right near the Riverwalk. Cute bakery across the street and nice wine bar about 1/2 block away. Great for walking into the downtown area. Hotel itself is nice. Not super modern but clear and well maintained. Staff was really nice. Would stay again.

Location was good. Near Casinos and Riverwalk district.

Nothing worked! Elevator broken. Community coffee broken. Coffeemaker in room broken. Will not stay here again and do not recommend.

Great short weekend stay. Love the old hotel feel but very clean. Appreciate that the location is close to casinos restaurant and areas to visit in Reno.

This hotel is in an excellent location a block from the main river front. Decor is dated but clean and in good condition. The room was huge with a partial river view.

This hotel is charming, very clean, well located and comfortable. Yes, it is an older property but that's not a bad thing. The rooms are very spacious, the mini fridge is 2x the normal size, the decor is so charming and like you stepped back in time for a unique experience. The outdoor skydeck is enormous, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The parking garage is narrow however we had a mini SUV and were able to navigate the turns just fine. We were a 2min walk to the river walk and there is a charming coffee/breakfast spot just across the street. We would absolutely stay again. Staff was very kind and helpful.
