Clean rooms, great pool good for families.

Nice property

The (3) elevators were not working. The air conditioner noise in the room was so loud that you could not sleep. The on-site restaurant, J Paul Steakhouse, should revisit how prime rib should be served, not cold with uncooked vegetables. The on-site coffee shop service is awful; the coffee was cold, and the carrot cake was almost frozen solid. Will not stay here again...

The reception girls were so respectful and kind. Every single of them were nice but the lady that hepled me and was very polite her name was hunter. I will definitely come back 😊thank you guys

We could not get to our room because all three elevators were out. We had to wait hours. When I asked to be put in a room in one of the other two areas of the hotel, the staff did not check. He just told me that they are working on it. I was not asking if they were working on it. I needed to get to a room. The hotel has no map and there was no way to look up where things were. No one could tell me where the pool or gym was until the next day. The pool was a small unattached to the casino. Nothing like expected. The first day made us miss part of the concert we came for. The next day we hoped to use the pool so I asked for late check out. It was immediately refused without even checking because the hotel is busy, despite the fact that we were not able to use the room for 4 hrs later. As an apology I was given 30 dollars comped as room credit. When I went to the restaurant I was told I would have to wait an hour even thoughthe restaurantwas practicallyempty. About 10 min later a party of 7 came and was sat right away. When I was at the bar gambling and ordered a drink the bartender asked me how much money I put in before he would pour me anything and he was looking over me at the slot. I would never go there again

This property is very reasonably priced, very clean but slot machines DO NOT payout! They have one expensive steakhouse, one buffet (didn’t try their food tho) & one cafe (I believe stays open all night, BUT the pizza sucks)! The beds in Cedar tower SUCK! We tossed & turned all night long! Last year we stayed in the Aspen tower & the beds were very comfortable! I haven’t experienced a stay in their Birch tower, but (between the other two I have experienced , I’d recommend the Aspen tower)! I still haven’t the swimming pool. If you come in late night, good luck with parking! Overall the hotel is clean, price accommodating, nice size rooms, quite BUT slots DO NOT PAY!

Very spacious and clean rooms

Room was nicely updated and clean. staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the quality of the restaurant in the casino and lack of other options. we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. other than that I would stay again, just find other places to eat.

The hotel rooms are very dates. The room we stayed in had damaged furniture, it was a bit dirty, and the shower was not the cleanest. Additionally, the toiletries provided were not even replenished - tissue box had very few, soap & shampoo were empty, and we only had one large towel. Very irritating to have to be calling asking for essentials that should be in the room.

Handicap room was excellent for my wife's wheelchair

Stay here every time we’re in Reno. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Love it here. Clean peaceful and staff is always amazing
