Easy check in process. Didn’t get to use the amenities. Pool looked very disappointing and separated from the hotel. Seemed like an afterthought but room was nice, beds were comfortable great for our purposes

Parking is a struggle here, unless you want to park a long ways away. Not sure where everyone was at, the casino was empty. Maybe 10 people throughout the entire casino on machines, and only (1) blackjack table and (1) roulette table open. Room was decent and clean, nothing special

The staff were very helpful and polite the room we received was advertised with a bath tub, however it was a walk in shower, other than that it was clean and comfortable A/C worked well! The restaurant was decent and portions great for the price!

Staff couldn’t be found at times. Valet, front desk. My keys didn’t work, had to go back down to the lobby with all my luggage.

We had a very comfortable stay. Rooms were super clean and the kitchenette was useful. Will definitely stay again.

Casino was calm which was great. Nice rooms and the shower was the best !

Staff is great, The hotel has been remodeled in the last few years and has become my preferred place to stay in Reno

It feels like home very relaxing, excellent food

Overall the hotel was clean and welcoming. The food from the restaurant and buffet was super yummy! You can taste the freshness from the ingredients in the food. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.
