Very nice, clean, spacious. Nice pool area with plenty of chairs, game area, small arcade area, parking wasn’t hard to find. Staff was excellent.

Premises were kept up, cleaned. The underground garage was actually very well maintained It was very good having washer/dryer in the unit. The filtered water in the lobby was a nice touch! The building, although old (built in 1960) was pleasantly clean and functional. The location is close to the Catholic cathedral and the RiverWalk, and we attended both. You can also walk to most any casino, although we were not in town for gambling. The air conditioning in the rooms was fairly loud. There was not any dishwasher detergent so we had to buy some. The sofa in the living room was not comfortable. It definitely needs some colorful throw pillows. The fitness center on the second floor was very sparse. There were no free-weights. Possibly there use to be but they were stolen? We drove to Planet Fitness and used that gym.

First time here! I love have clean the place is, it has everything you need. I also like that they don’t allow pets, I’m allergic to dogs hair and dust. I super recommend!!

The staff every single person we came in contact with at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, washer and dryer worked well. We had plenty of coffee, and cream and sugars and matching full sets of everything (plates, glasses,etc). The beds were comfortable. And there was a Murphy bed and a comfortable couch. Game room downstairs with arcade and pool table. Charged for wifi and the TVs Google cast would not connect by phone without being on WiFi so couldn’t stream unless you have paid for the daily wifi

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Reno. Love the fully stocked kitchen and hot tub s d heated pool. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are a great size! Washer and dryer in room is a huge bonus for sports tournaments!

The room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet and convenient! Parking very secure!
