staff was very helpful . Parking was very good, we had a clean room,
-
It came with so many negative points like the smoke smell everywhere not just the 1st floor. Elevators were so old and not clean. Room was not bad but the shower had issue the wall painting had stains and so many other things. The only positive point was the free parking.

great

The room was clean and friendly staff. The room has no complementary water bottles.
-
The hotel room was nice and clean, but getting there proved to be a complicated affair. There was a long walkway to get to the sky Tower, and I’ll be switching hotels tonight so that getting to and from my room is more convenient.
-
Parking was an inconvenience due to our room being in a separate area of the casino.
-
The housekeeping staff was excellent. When I asked for extra blankets and pillows, they brought them to the room, no problem and pretty quickly. When I asked the front desk for a cot because we had an extra family member staying with us due to the fire evacuations, the front desk lady told me that if you had a two bedroom room you weren’t allowed to have a cot . So I laid a blanket on the floor and slept on the floor so my elderly auntie could sleep on the bed. It was very disappointing and bad service in my opinion. I also didn’t like that you pay a Resort fee when they’re really are no amenities there is no pool for the kids. There is a gym that doesn’t even have free weights so that is what you’re literally paying for. They said you get free parking but every word gives you free parking. Very mediocre stay

Nice
-
Sky Tower room was nice, large and bed was very comfortable. Nice view of the mountains. But There were too many steps down to the lobby and way too far to walk to the Sky Tower for a senior couple! Up escalator was not working, to easy to get turned around.
-
Room was fine for the price. Front desk clerk was nice. Other rooms were loud late at night. Restaurants located inside were fine.
-
Very friendly staff

Clean, friendly accommodating staff
-
Sky Tower lobby in the middle of summer no air conditioning. AC in Sky Tower rooms worked but was very loud. Due to the Sky Tower being some distance from the main, the tram is no longer operating and there is not enough for ADA options for those who can not walk long distances or go up stairs. The one and only ADA elevator barely worked.

We had a short but great visit. With check out time @ 12noon I didn't expect housekeeping to knock loudly on the door at 10 am asking if we were checking out today. We were but we were definitely still asleep as we were out very, very late the night before.
