Great room, great location, and a decent value all things considered.

Paid for a reservation and showed up at 3:30 and was told room was not ready but should be shortly. Two hours latter still no room and the desk manager did not have a solid time and other guests where in the lobby with the same issue. I asked to cancel reservation and Desk Manger said no issue whatsoever but I had to do via Expedia. Expedia would not allow me to cancel as it was past the check in time. 100% pissed with Hyatt & Expedia what a bunch of amateurs!

Yeah, it was quiet and peaceful, I haven't had a chance to use spa so I got no comment for that but I did enjoying stay there.

The property is beautiful and located right on the lake. There are multiple options for dining. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The view from the hotel room overlooking the lake. Resort fee was doubly charged. The room was not ready even after the checkin time. Accessiblity info was incorrect. Checkin staff was not customer friendly.

I love staying at the Hyatt Regency! This location is convenient and beautiful. I am a World of Hyatt member and was upgraded to a beautiful Lake Washington lake view. The amenities and services are always top notch. Highly recommend.

I think you already know that the menu and food are not as spectacular as the hotel and amenities. Service was excellent, but the execution of the food and menu choices could use a refresh. I will be back soon for work, and if it's the same, I would probably eat somewhere else.
