The room was spotless and location was amazing! Right next to topgolf and some shopping center. Staff was very accommodating will definitely stay again

I want to preface this by saying we picked this hotel based on proximity to the event we were coming from and the airport and only stayed for a single night. The set up is definitely better suited for long term stays. The room's amenities were pretty bare bones but has a nice kitchen and fridge and plenty of storage. For us who packed very light and did not want to populate the space for the one night we were there, it was a little inconvenient to try and work with the single bar of soap and tiny shampoo provided. The bed was comfy and the AC worked great on the balmy summer night; however, we did still have to keep the windows open because there was a very strong food smell the whole time. It is definitely not a quiet property between the freeway noise and the sounds from the other guests. Overall it got the job done and was fine.

Booked for 4 people, only given 2 towels and wash cloths. Air conditioning barely worked. Wouldn’t stay again

Coma: The rooms are ok, but not cleaned well throughout. We had a stain on our pillow case, which was gross of course. The walls are thin, so you can pretty much hear people from the rooms next to you and even across the way, especially if they decide to be loud past midnight. The other downside is that you can’t get in touch with staff after 7pm as well.

there was no breakfast available on the property. it was clean and location was handy. Near shops and restaurant.

I did notice that most mornings the elevators were down for checkout and the stairs were the only way to lobby/exit for several hours. Not sure why and no advance warning.

I requested a room change after the first night, but was never provided the opportunity to move to another room.

The staff was great that’s about it . Wasn’t happy with the flooding outside my door . Wasn’t happy I added a day and was charged more than the other 4 nights . Rooms need better sound barrier the upstairs guests were stomping like horses after 10 pm .

The hotel room was very clean. Free and plentiful parking. The beds were okay, a bit springy but not terrible. Our issue was the street noise, it was horrendous, seemingly all night long. Most nights, even with earplugs, we didn’t fall asleep until 4 am. Most hotel rooms have really thick glazing on the windows, this hotel didn’t. We asked to move rooms several times and the hotel didn’t help us over our four night stay. The back of the hotel is opposite a driving range with incredibly bright lights and music playing until late, so not sure if that would have been much of an improvement. I would not stay here again.

Basic & functional is the best description. The available amenities worked fine .. there's just not a lot offered here. Bed was comfy, limited pillows. Finding ice was hard .. searched from the 4th floor to ground to find one. Manager was very professional and friendly. Lots of hot water available. No facial tissues in room wasn't helpful. Quite secure with lots of shops & restaurants nearby
