Sonesta Simply Suites Seattle Renton

The room was clean but had a terrible odor. I checked in late at night & had to walk in the dark to the other building where I was in a first floor room. I also fell on the way inside because I could not see there was a step up. The walls were paper thin & the family in the room next to me was up at all hours. Would never stay there again.

Cheap hotel for saving money though. Since when was parking not free at hotels?

So nice to have a full refrigerator. The fitness room was small but the treadmills were great.

Room was very clean. Staff was cordial and helpful.

I arrived approximately two hours prior to check in. When I ask the receptionist if I could check in early, she said it’ll be a $50 check-in fee. I then said that’s OK. I will wait. Moments later, she changed your mind and checked me in without the fee. I raise an eyebrow at that but OK I got checked in. Once I got to my room everything seems to be fairly clean and OK. I wanted to step out to get something to eat, however, I ended up having to change rooms because the door lock on my room was inoperable. I really didn’t want to change rooms because I had already unpacked my clothes. The maintenance staff was not on property. They was out on an errand to get items for something else. Due to time restraints, I ended up changing my room, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

The property was clean and practical. Close to the airport with a shuttle available. Needed more walking distance food places.

Just an fyi because they wpnt tell you at the desk, if you put your room key up to your phone it will make it to where your key will no longer work. I figured this out on my own after having to get a new key 20 times and did it a few more even after I figured it out on accident. Other than that it wasn't bad, but wasn't good either.

Aside from a few cosmetic dings in the reception area, this property is well maintained and inviting. Our room was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice on the beautiful 90 degree days. Would stay here again!

No places to eat even close and our Uber driver warned us not to walk around the area.

My room had a connected door to another room and when guest arrived to that room- they tired to open my door multiple times and were very loud. I’m not staying there again.

Handicap shower seat collapsed when my girlfriend used it. Seat was screwd into the tiles without wall molly anchors. Luckily she wasn't hurt.

Awful Stuff

My wife and I like the location of sonesta, it's located near good places to eat, also it's a peaceful place near hospitals, car dealerships and other corporate offices. Sonesta stuff are very helpful and I really appreciated the fact that we needed to get to and comeback from the SeaTac airport and sonesta can pick up and drop off thru there shuttle services. Overall, we are happy and would stay there again!
