Hampton Inn Seattle/Southcenter

Place is worn out. Mattress was terrible. Breakfast not good.

Airport shuttle driver nice guy, room is small but clean, bed is too high… breakfast is decent.

This hotel was way better than the pictures. AND if you show up early, they'll check you in early if they have any rooms available (which was great coming off a cruise and getting to check in at 10:30 a.m.!). The pool water was very cold, but the grounds and amenities were great (including filtered water and coffee in the lobby). Free shuttle to the airport was a plus as well.

It is a clean place and the rooms are big but the pool wasn't open and it was high 80's when we were there and they closed the breakfast 17 minutes before 9:00 there were a couple of us that came and they refused to put more food out. Very disappointing!

We have stayed at this property at different times over the last 20 yrs. It is a great location with amenities close by. The staff are friendly & helpful. The beds are comfortable & rooms are clean. The breakfast is adequate but not as plentiful as it has been over the years. On a last note, there is now a $15 charge for parking overnight. I don’t feel hotel guests should be charged for parking & I wasn’t aware of this change when I booked the room.

Room was not the cleanest, moldy fries in the fridge, tv wasn’t working and it’s quite loud near the Highway

Clean room and nice staff.

I reserved a king size bed room and was assigned 2 queen size… I was told, by employee of the front desk, that they can only guarantee the room if you book through Hilton app. Why on Expedia they ask you to choose a room if the can guarantee it… very condescending too… wouldn’t recommend

You can hear the sounds of the vehicle from the highway to your room. Need more soundproof panels.

This hotel met all of our requirements for a 3-night stay. Although we were not using the airport shuttle, we found plenty of parking and easy access to freeway

Their Shuttle is top class. Very clean and helpful Staff.

Clean! Smells fresh in the halls. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered was good. Close to the airport and rental car return. Would stay here again if travel calls for it.

Everything about our stay was fantastic … the shuttle service to and from the airport, the accommodations, the breakfast in the morning, etc. We were really impressed!
