Ramada by Wyndham Tukwila Southcenter

The pictures of the property on line are deceiving. Anything past the main lobby and breakfast area looks old, weathered, and run down. All the hallways and carpeting look very aged and worn out. And smell of cheap deodorant chemicals. Disappointing

The TV didn't work. The hot tub was broken. The pool was dirty (you could feel the algae on the sides with your feet). Elevator 2 was down for maintenance....yes I was charged $184 for one night. Not worth the price.

Location was great. Quiet, clean, and a good place to stay

Generally, a nice property and clean with good service. Lobby and common areas are very nice, but the rooms need an upgrade.

Breakfast was horrible, only eggs and ceral. Would not allow us in rooms until 2:30pm, was suppose to be 4:00pm so am hour and a half early problem was flight got in early that morning, rooms were cleaned but would not let us in unless we paid $40.00 more. Booking.com completely over charged us for the room, $380 , i trusted it was a good price but I could of booked with hotel for half price. I have used booking.com for along time and trusted they were giving the best rate. I will never use them again as I've lost your trust! Read above comment!

The pool wasn’t open during our stay. Everything else was great.

Good place For now nothing

The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was tasteful despite it being continental. The shuttle driver was very friendly and safe.

The room was clean and looked recently remodeled. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast had low carb diet options (eggs, bacon, and sausage). I would stay here again.

Clean and well run. Hallways are run down.

Maybe the best is the location. Pictures online kind of downplay it. Also the pool was down. Wish I knew that before booking. Kids were bummed.

The air conditioner in our room was a little noisy.

Room was cold. Asked for a blanket and given a sheet. Had to call desk on second day because NO toilet paper. Asked housekeeper and she had no idea what I was saying. Had asked for accessibility room because husband is 93 with a cane but they couldn’t even find regular room. Put us halfway to back. Back door was closer than front door. Breakfast was good and plentiful. No garbage or towels picked up during entire stay. If we have to go to Seattle again, will not choose this hotel.
