Four Points by Sheraton Boston Logan Airport Revere

Very convenient with 24 hour shuttle to Logan.

The inside of the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They had a complementary shuttle to Logan international.

Was cleaning and easy

NOTHING I DIDNT LIKE; SEEMS LIKE THIS WAS A ONCE GRAND PLACE, AGE IS SHOWING BUT NO COMPLAINTS. ALL WAS CLEAN AND STAFF GREAT!

For a $250/nite stay you shouldn't have to pay $16 for a breakfast buffet

We arrived very late and last minute because of flight delays and cancellations. Friendly people, nice hotel, spacious room, very comfy, overall quiet BUT (see below) and perfect breakfast for every taste at 4 AM, a lady, in a room nearby, started a phone conversation and was talking aloud like it was middle of the day. At night, sounds travel faster and louder in the quiet and it gave us the feeling she was on the phone in our room. Nothing the hotel can do about. It is the lack of civility from guests

I had to leave to go to an offsite restaurant - which would have been fine if they had said that at the start.

Not much Hotel was undergoing renovation, but overall facility looked rundown. Also, during the night a fire alarm went off. When I asked the staff what was happening, their response was they did not know anything, nor did they offer any consoling empathy.

Room was clean and close to the airport for early morning flights!

It was relatively close to the airport I woke up with bedbug bites all over my legs. Reported it to the front desk but had to leave to catch an early plane. When I called the next day to see if they had checked the room they insisted that they brought out specialists to check and found “no dead bugs” in the room and no signs of any bedbugs. I still have the bites to prove otherwise but fear I have no recourse because it’s now my word against theirs and I wasn’t able to stay long enough to “make my case”. I paid a lot for the room just for a place to sleep overnight before my flight. Also, tho less important, the room was advertised as including breakfast and they wanted to charge me, claiming I didn’t sign up for the breakfast. So I skipped it. The photos below are 4 days after the stay. It’s not easy fir me to take photos of the backs of my legs and buttocks

This hotel is always amazing . Great location and amazing staff

We found it very impossible to contact the hotel to arrange for the shuttle bus. And after waiting for a long time on the off chance a shuttle might just turn up we decided to take a taxi. $30 dollars we didn’t need to spend. Shuttle service to the airport next morning was excellent. All other aspects of our overnight stay were good.

.....from the shuttle driver to the night clerk very good.helpful folks.....the room wAS CLEAN AND QUIET......bed was comfortable....i'd definitely stay here again
