Excellent staffing.

Property is in a good location with convenient access to Revere Beach. The building appears to be in good shape. On the negative side, our room was extremely noisy with music from the outside courtyard blaring until very late at night. Then around 3 AM, it sounded like they ran their clothes dryers with a monotonous thumping sound the rest of the night making it really hard to sleep. One of their 2 elevators was not working and as a side note, you need to use your room key to get them to work - something that was not explained to us. The bathroom on the lobby floor was locked and therefore unusable. We asked about early checkin and instead of checking to see if anything was available, they immediately said we had to wait until 4:00.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Close to restaurants and close walk to the ocean. One of the elevators was broken our whole trip. It took 15 minutes plus to get up and down and to parking garage. Parking Garage was nice. Could use more electrical outlets in the rooms. Breakfast was ok, not great. Get there on time because at 0930, they start pulling food, no exceptions. Would still stay there again.

Hotel proche de tous les services, notamment du train avec lequel 90% de nos déplacement ont été faits. à seulement un pas de la plage. La chambre était propre, personnel accueillant. J’y retournerai

The morning staff saved my stay. Hasan and Lea saw immediately that I had been charged twice. It took two of my three nights to fix what the night guy broke. They upgraded my room to an ocean view. Emily, the manager of Mission Beach House restaurant, gave me dinner free of charge. I was in tears, and they opened their arms to me. They were sweet and kind in a way that made up for how badly the night before had gone. Hasan and Lea turned a horrible experience into a good one. I never got to do anything I had planned for the trip. One man at the front desk at night nearly ruined my entire stay. The morning team is the reason it didn’t.

I’m giving this place 2 Stars because out of all the hotels I have been this staff was the rudest staff I have ran into. Check in time was 4pm but the room still wasn’t ready by 6pm! And acted like the reason was my fault. They tried to downgrade my room from view to no view without any discount when I paid more for room with a view, they looked at me and was like why would we give u a discount? They kept saying we are sold out. Other than the bad front staff the location and place was nice
