Very good

This hotel advertised itself as having a smart tv but our room didn’t have one. I have a one year old child and sometimes she needs a distraction so we can have a moment of calm. I had to purchase an Amazon fire stick which I wasn’t planning on buying and have no need for at home. There was also no transparency regarding the cost of parking so I was surprised upon arrival when I was told it would be approximately $200 for a weeks stay. I’m not a fan of hidden costs. Overall my biggest frustration is the lack of honesty and transparency regarding immenities and cost.

Staff is excellent, good, clean, modern rooms. Location is ugly and even with plant of parking spaces available, the $30 a NIGHT is obscene. Maybe a one time fee because it’s outside of Boston but $30 a night is ridiculous.

My husband and I traveled to Boston for our honeymoon and spent 8 days there. I was very impressed with the establishment. My only complaints would be that they don’t have a shuttle to/from the airport but they are a 5 minute walk from the subway line, also, the breakfast. It was good but the selection from day to day was pretty predictable and they seemed short staffed in that area and what staff was working didn’t understand English very well so asking for things was somewhat difficult. But we will definitely stay there again when we come back to visit Boston next year.

The room was excellent. Ireally enjoyed my room and the noise level was manageable and low. The restaurant 's breakfast was very good. There is no Netflix. The pool is nice.

It was very clean and had a great staff. It worked for us because we were moving our daughter into an apt complex next door, but most ppl would prefer a Boston proper location. The breakfast was meh, but it was nice to at least have that option!

Exceptional

The room was clean and amenities were great, they offer dove products in the bathroom to use. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a perk here as it’s complimentary and they have a really good selection to choose from. Laundry is included with your stay as well as a pool and fitness center. The bar was closed frequently due to staffing issue during our stay but it was not an issue for us as we didn’t plan to use this option anyway. The only complaint we had was that we were on the 4th floor and could hear stomping at night frequently during our week stay.

Everything was good, but we booked this hotel because it offered a bar in the lounge area. To our surprise it was closed until further notice. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Staff was very accommodating. We were able to check in early and they invited us to have breakfast even before checking in. Fresh hot breakfast. Very nice bar area for food and drinks. Everyone on the staff likes working there. You can tell how happy they are by the way they interact with fellow workers
