El hotel ofrece una excelente calidad en sus instalaciones, muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. Todo estuvo a la altura de mis expectativas y contribuyó a una estancia muy agradable.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean. Smelled very good when I walked in and everything was organized. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be going back. I also feel very safe with the location. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking and that’s about it. Everything else was perfect.

One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant, which not only had delicious food but also offered a beautiful view that made every meal even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Reynosa and are unsure about where to stay, don’t second-guess it—this is the place for you! You’ll love everything about this hotel, from the comfort to the top-notch service. In my opinion, it’s the best hotel in the city, and I’ll definitely be returning! Everything was Exceptional. Not a single complaint about this property.

I really enjoyed the view from our Room , room was very nice and everything worked well.

the architecture and design remind me of a European botique hotel! love it at the moment the city is working on the street in front of the hotel so parking was not available!

The staff were friendly enough and there was secure parking. My booking.com room rate was not honored. The AC was very weak. The toilet seat would bend and slide into the bowl when I sat on it. There was no body wash. The beds were old and I could feel the springs. Bathroom caulk was all cracked and peeling. Nothing about this room was worth the nearly $200 I paid.

Only thing I didn't like was Toilet Bowl , Lol It's very Low other then that there's absolutely Nothing to complain about

I love the location of the the hotel and the rooms are nicer than other hotels I've stayed at in Reynosa. The staff is always friendly and the hotel feels secure, even having a gated parking garage. Overall, I feel like this is the best hotel in Reynosa. The price is a little on the high side but not totally unreasonable, but I do wish there was a discount for returning customers (since this is my favorite hotel in Reynosa I stay here quite a bit). I also wish the rooms included small refrigerators which would make the rooms feel complete. Other than that, maybe the breakfast could be a little more expensive.

Excellent location in the city center.Hospitable owners. Polite and attentive staff. Clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff. Tea, coffee and cookies are always available. There is a jacuzzi, gym, yoga room and grill area. Everywhere is clean and tidy. A great place to relax.

the staff is saving this place , terraza jacuzzi is nice ,,,location is prime , they need to get better to get the name of bootique hotel no restaurant, no bar ,, some furniture is old , they can do better for the price
