Nothing special. On the positive side, the room was very clean. The hotel is far from everything, and the staff seemed unfriendly and unwilling to help with anything. They barely even smiled. Overall, it’s a mediocre hotel. To be fair, the restaurant staff were somewhat friendlier. The breakfast was average.

Only 1 elevator was working, and the hotel was very full for the concert we attended. Elevator wait times were a little long, but not intolerable. There are not many restaurants in the area, although there is a very good Italian restaurant within a 5 minute walk, and a great grocery store within 15 minute walk. Not the most convenient if you want to see Milan. Via Metro, it is not far (~20 minute ride) but you have to walk 25 minutes to the Metro, and in the heat it's not comfortable.

The location and the room: bigger than the average and very clean.

Everything was easy and perfect!

The hotel, restaurant, bar and breakfast staff were fantastic - all were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was quite chaotic due to the number of people being accommodated, but the staff worked very hard to clear/clean tables and refresh food. I also wish there was a pool onsite.

Great Hotel. Great Staff. Great Location. Great Amenities. nothing

The hotel is not easy to get to from MXP airport. There's no direct train or metro link. Taxi costs 100 euros. I found it to be much more practical to live in Milano centrale even if you need to visit the exhibition centre daily.

The properly was clean, well appointed, and the staff was very helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel could use a little work. The man running the place was very rude and there wasn’t enough staff for timely service.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms One elevator was out of service for our stay. A second was out of service for part of our stay. Thus there was only one working elevator at times. The one “working” elevator took a very long time to move, was very slow when it did move, the call (up/down) button didn’t work or at least didn’t light up sometimes so you never knew if the elevator was going to stop or go by your floor.

We were attending the Olympics and the hotel is right outside the gates but still close enough for a 20 min train ride to the center of Milan. Breakfast was Great with plenty of variety and amount. The staff from the bar to the front counter were beyond wonderful with their service. Elevators where a little slow and under a lot of stress from the movement of people because of the Olympics, so we had a little wait for them and one wait inside while they fix a between floors problem.

Elevators had problem, everymorning extra waiting 10-15 minutes, use leaders, There was water problem (response time late), too, There is no shuttle or service for transport etc. even during exhibition, Taxi cost over than 140 € from Otel to Bergamo airport. Unexpectable.

The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel was modern, the staff at the front desk was friendly and always available. The breakfast was really good, great service and wide variety of foods. The location is far from the city center. There is no public transportation nearby. So if you don’t have a (rental) car, keep in mind that you will be paying quite a bit for cab fares to major attractions. Plus, the cab fare to the nearby hotel is a set fee, and quite pricey. The hotel had double charged us, so it took about a month of going back and forth with the hotel and booking.com to get it all sorted out. That was a bit of a hassle, but the hotel acknowledged their mistake and I got a refund.
