Location, service, breakfast, cleanliness Nothing to mention

I could not drive up to drop my bags and had to roll them through town. Very small issue and completely unavoidable.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel, I would be surprised if anyone who stayed here didn't like it.

The outdoor space was amazing and we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. The place was charming.

Beautiful big rooms in the heart of Old Town. The hotel sent an electric golf cart to pick us up from the Old Town entrance since no cars are allowed inside the Old Town.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to help us during our stay. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options. Location in the old town was perfect. Room was a bit small. It was a double bed. Air conditioning was a bit weak especially for sleeping. We expect these things when we travel so it would not deter us from staying there again. We always pack a travel fan during summer.

The place is amazing , location is great and right in the middle of the lively center. The staff are very friendly and kind. The rooms are designed very well and very cozy. I would rate it 12 out of 10. Location is fantastic, hotel clean and organized Rooms cozy and beautifully designed.

The rooms are rather small, but the nice outdoor balcony makes up for it.

Staff were fantastic, room was large, excellent shower and air conditioning , great breakfast No elevator was the only negative but staff took care of moving luggage

Although the hotel is in the middle of the Old City, you could hardly hear the street noise. It is located in the pedestrian zone. We booked the Kamiros suite, which was very spacious. The hotel is many centuries old and it has been tastefully adapted. Is a mix of rustic environment with modern decoration. There is no elevator to get to the room and some stairs to get to the room. The staff helped with the luggage. Ilias was a super star assisting with every small detail, from picking us up at the gate, renting a car, restaurant recommendation. We had a great stay! The room has a modern mechanism to turn the lights on and off, and we had to call for someone to show us how it worked.
